Hello one question
if i use the Widget at a vendor page as a list it works and Show me only the vendor Products, but if i use as Dropdown (must be, list ist to Long for most vendors to much categories) the widget Show me the results from the hole shop.
Any Idea.All the newest plugins

This issue was reported some time ago; Ii will check and see if there has been a fix applied for this that will be included in our next update.Hello and sorry but i hat not one day with out error not on day that this 149 € plugin works………and now i have fatal error ( for a long time )and you say i have to wait for any update ???????see my other post “Error” and if i read here, the posts with many problems from other i never wanne go live with this plugin.
every time you say “Try the Storefront Theme” but the same error like many other themes that i try…………….
I can only every customer say to use a other plugin one for example withe a D…..The best option is refund.
1.) We dont have widgets. If you have a problem with a widget, we did not write it. As we did not write whatever is breaking your site, we can not (and have no reason to) help you fix it either.
2.) “blah blah fatal error” helps nobody. Describe your problem, follow the forum posting rules. If you cant follow our rules to help you, we cant help you and wont waste our time.

I am also seeing these errors also when I go to wp admin > users on my testing site for *some* vendors. Other vendors, when visited in wp admin > users > username-here do not have this error.

We have provided you with support each time you have asked, and even when I ask you for further details so that I can help you (on other forums posts), you get angry and belligerent. If you have to wait for any length of time so I can research or get clarification, you get mad. Half of the time I cannot understand what you are asking, and then when I ask for clarification you get pissed off. That does not HELP ANYONE including yourself.
We DO have two widgets, yes.
I have reported this issue, and it will be resolved. As I told you above.All of the issues you have brought to us have either been resolved, or are being worked on one at a time, so that we can ensure that our product is functioning as intended.
If there is an update regarding this issue, I will notify you. It has been reported, and if/when there is a fix, it’ll be in the next update.
Ok sorry for that, something too emotional. Ok i wait for update. One question I have a vendor with products but the shortcode only works when i use [wcv_pro_vendorslist show_products=’no’] but the vendor have products….if i use it normal shortcode dosent work nothing to shoe no error.Handy Theme all the new version

Ok- yes, hopefully we can get that bug fixed soon.
For the vendor list, does Handy have their own page for that I cannot remember if they have a special design for that page, and if our shortcode has been altered at all for that theme. I know they do have some special designing in their theme for WC Vendors, and I think the vendor list is one of the pages they alter.
Are you only having issues with the one vendor? Do the other vendors (the ones who have products) show up without having the show_products=’no’ in the shortcode?Hello and Thanks,
yes it is for every vendor the same…………..Handy theme use for the list the normal wc vendor shortcode………but any way , the Handy Support will take a look at this issue. maby permalinks ……question : if the vendorlist works with “products no” and it Looks like all other function works, is this a Problem or can be one?Regards

It would not be a problem, but if the shortcode is working as intended, adding the show_products =’no’ will show ALL vendors on the site- even if they do not have any products for sale or listed in their store. The default setting is show_products = ‘yes’ , and in that case, it will only show vendors who have products listed for sale in their store.
