NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    After upgrade to 1.8.1 WC Vendors does not find any sales that happened before the update. Please advise on what I missed in the update process or if this is a bug

    Hi Mayecreate,

    Nothing was changed that would affect reports and sales. I’ve not heard of any other reports of this, either, and we’re on 10,000 websites using the plugin and 1.8.1 has been out for a while now. Could you describe your problem further? Are the sales missing from the Dashboard? Have you tweaked your Dashboard templates? Are all the commissions showing in wp-admin? Happy to help diagnose the problem.
