    Hi Ben,

I am using WordPress 4.3.1. I have installed and network activated the WC Vendors plugin. But i don’t see wc vendors listed under the WooCommerce on left panel.

Can you please help me with that?

Fyi, i have also have WP Marketplace plugin active. I tried disabling that but that didn’t work.

    Thanks,
    Krunal

WC Marketplace is nothing but stolen code from WC Vendors. DualCube is a company that simply steals other plugins, hacks away at them to rename stuff, and then calls them their own. Why would you have two multi vendor plugins active? Get rid of that crap. 🙂

    Hi Krunal,

    Got a screenshot?

You should see wp-admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors without any issue. It’s not under wp-admin > WooCommerce > Settings, it’s under wp-admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors.

    Hi Ben,

I tried to attach the screenshot but i don’t know how to attach here.

But as i said i don’t see wc vendors anywhere in wp-admin > WooCommerce.

Since i removed WC Marketplace, my site behaves differently now. I don’t see see anything under vendor’s dashboard other than short codes.

    Please help me.

    Thanks,
    Krunal

Is your site live and active with members, products, and orders? If the answer is no, it sounds like WC Marketplace has turned your site into a big turd. No surprise, since they cant even code basic PHP and only steal code from us and break things along the way.

We can help you debug it, but it’s going to be $49/hr to login and fix things. Might be faster for you to just start fresh. Install WordPress, install and configure WooCommerce, and then install and configure WC Vendors and then your theme.

Yes it is active with products. I tried deleting the wc vendors and readded it. But still it does not appear on woocommerce.

Is there any other way to resolve this?

If no then i would start all the things fresh.

    Thanks,
    Krunal

A screenshot would help of course. 🙂 Upload it to imgur.com and just paste the link here. Set as a private reply.

Private reply with an admin username/pass and your site URL. I’ll see if it’s something quick to fix.

    Hi Krunal,

Aah, you’re Multisite. WooCommerce is not Multisite compatible, and as such, WC Vendors is not either. You want to run a single site installation of WordPress. Do that, and you’re good to go. 🙂

    Hi Ben,

I just converted my wordpress site to single install and now i can see the WC Vendors under WooCommerce. But i am not able to login with my users ids (which i have created to make sure registration is working fine). I am able to signup as new user but when i login it doesn’t work.

Can you please help me with that?

    Thanks,
    Krunal

when i say i login means when i login to my website through user id other than my admin id. This user id was created by me to check if the registration process works without any issues.

By the way now i am able to login with that user id which i have signed up for but when i signed up, i didn’t get any welcome message for new account creation. Also when i changed the role of that user to Vendor (from WP Admin) then also i didn’t receive the email that your vendor account is approved.

I verified under the WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > New Account , checkmark is enabled.

    Hi Krunal,

If emails arent being sent, usually that’s because the email you are sending from isnt good. A lot of people make the mistake of sending from @gmail.com and such, which is unauthenticated as you so they get trashed/spammed.

If you are unable to login with usernames you’ve created, you’ve got some funky WordPress issue going on, it wouldnt be WC Vendors related at all…….

    Ben
