    hello, my name is Janine, my Pro Dashboard is not working and i really hop you guys can help me fix it.
    i have read (almost) all of the possible solution on the Topics and i tried a few steps already like saving

    •premalinks
    •making sure that the free vendor page is different from the Pro dashboard page
    • Unpluging all the other plugins and left only three of them ( woocommerce, WC vendors free & WC Vendors Pro)
    •changed theme to Storefront
    • and activated the wc vendor pro Key and saved the premalinks.

    but my Pro Dashboard is still not working.

    i also tried the solution that MARC ( @Marc-Bovet ) posted on August 3 2016. my vendor dashboard worked but i can’t open the attributes like Add product, Setting, Add Coupon ETC (all of them)

    i am new to this amazing world (started a month ago) and i really want to make my own buy and sell website to work. please help me fix my VC Vendors Pro. i really need your help and i would really appreciate it.

    Please share your WooCommerce System Status: wp admin > woocommerce > system status

    I’ll be glad to do what I can to help but I need to see that to start.
    Also, an admin login & password is also helpful; please just set your reply to “private” using the checkbox below and only admin will see the reply.

    hello again

    my Table Rate shipping is not working, i cant find it in my woocommerce settings. i guess maybe becauese my pro dashboard is still not working?

    i hope i can get a response soon cos i never stopped reading the forum looking for solutions. cos i really want to fix this and so i can start with the design of my website.

    Every page in the pro dashboard is working correctly.
    I think I see the issue though. You have the URL to the WC Vendors free dashboard in your vendor’s menu– not the WC Vendors Pro dashboard.

    Change that menu link URL to lead to your Pro dashboard.
    So, instead of having this URL under the menu link where you have Vendor Account:
    http://shopilipinas.com/vendor_dashboard/

    Put this URL in there, so it leads to your Pro Dashboard, not the free dashboard:
    http://shopilipinas.com/dashboard/

    Do not use the Shop Settings or Orders URL you have there either. Those lead to the free dashboard also.
    If you want to put links to those pages in your menu, use these instead:
    http://shopilipinas.com/dashboard/settings/
    http://shopilipinas.com/dashboard/order/

    Your Vendor Shipping can be found here for admin: wp admin > woocommerce > settings > shipping: vendors hipping (link at the top of the page)

    For vendors: Pro Dashboard > settings > shipping

    Janine,
    I think, with that theme, if you go to: wp admin > appearance > menus and choose the “Profile: Extra links” menu to edit— that should be the menu that changes those links… unless BuddyBoss has added something to the newest version of the theme that I am not aware of.
    Try that– I think that will allow you to change that menu.

    I did go to wp admin> appearance> menus and after that i cant find the extra links to choose.

    Is there any other way? I dont think i can sleep tonight without solving this sigh. Last night i stayed up late to fix this and i hope i can fix it this time with your help.

    I am in “my profile menu” right now and i still cant find the vendors menu here. I only have

    Janine,
    That is the “menu” that you need to edit. Just put the Pro Dashboard and whatever other links you wish in that menu. Those will then show up with the rest of the links that buddyboss has hard coded into that menu.
    You just need to switch from having the free dashboard link there to the pro dashboard link. then your vendors will not accidentally enter the free dashboard.

    Anna,

    I just did it and i checked on my vendors account and the pro dashboard is still not working.

    I added the pro dashboard on the “my profile Menu” and saved it. I went to my vendors account on another browser and clicked on the pro dashboard and it still wont bring me to the dashboard pro. But instead it brings me to the “My Account” Page.

    On the my account page there’s a highlighted “vendor dashboard” and even if i click that it dont go anywhere it just stays on ” my account page”

    I just logged in a the vendor.
    I went to the drop-down menu under my profile avatar (top right corner).
    The pro dashboard link took me to the Pro dashboard.

    Janine,
    Please do not make all of your replies private; only when you are sharing confidential information.

    Are you trying to log into the pro dashboard as an admin?
    If so, the admin cannot get to the Pro Dashboard– only vendors.

    Ok—
    Well currently I am logged in as the vendor account you gave to me above. And when I go to that link in the menu under my avatar, I go to the Pro Dashboard, as expected, and the Pro dashboard is working properly.

    So, I suggest perhaps you logout, close your browser, clear your cache- or open up a new private browsing window and try again logging in as the vendor and see if the link works. From my end it is working fine now. You changed the link from the free Dashboard to the Pro Dashboard, and I am having no difficulty getting to the dashboard and seeing all of the pages under all of the tabs. 😉

    i just did everything you said, cleared my caache and opened new browser and did with the private browser but it really is still not working on my side.

    but please give me a moment, i will try to create a new vendor account and see if it will work. cos i read somewhere in the forum that the account he made is not working and it was a test account.

    i will now create an account using the site register and try to open the pro dashboard. i will get back to you in 5 min.

    i just tried with a new vendor account and after i approved it i went to the other browser and logged in. after logging in it took me to the “my account page”

    i clicked the vendor dashboard and it ddnt take me anywhere, it stays in the “my account” page

    so i tried with the pro dashboard under my avatar and i see the browser loads but still stays in the “my account page” after loading ends.

    i did clear my cache, tried with new browser, new gadget, private browser, and still the same thing happens.

    $20 says your woo system status report shows your dashboard page is set to your my account page or unset entirely. System Status Report please. Without it we’re flying blind and wasting your time guessing.

    i am right now using a browser from another computer and it worked! but i dont know why its not working on my laptop here. i had my sister to open it on her computer and it is working. i am sorry for this, i know its hassle and im sorry im just new to this amazing stuff.

    right now i will just use my sisters computer, and i got the pro dashboard working. but now my problem is i cant see the table rate shipping

    prodashboard > settings > shipping

    there’s no option for table rate shipping, only flat rate

    i also tried on my admin site > woocommerce > settings > shipping and i cant find table rate shipping menu.

    this is all what i have on my Shipping setting

    Shipping Zones | Shipping Options | Shipping Classes | Vendor Shipping

    i clicked on Vendor Shipping > Shipping system >

    and i see country table rate and Flat rate.

    there’s no table rate shipping.

    i just bought the table rate shipping plugin from woocommerce and activated it.

    i hiope this will work with my vendors dash pro. so vendors can have their own table rate shipping too.

    Ok… I am confused. in the screenshot you show above.. it clearly says, “Country Table Rate” in the drop-down. Shown in your screenshot. Right there— it says Country Table Rate.
    Yet you said that you cannot find table rate. That is the table rate. Country Table Rate.

    Am I missing something?

    Please slow down a bit. You’re not going to build this site in a few days. It will take some time.

    You will not find that the WooCommerce plugin you just bought will allocate the shipping to the vendors as you wish; it will pay admin. The vendors cannot set complicated table rates.

    We have the country table rate Vendor Shipping, or Flat Rate.
    Country Table Rate allows vendors to set country rate shipping for each country they ship to. Flat rate is straight forward: one rate for international, one for national. this can be overridden on a per product basis, so if a product costs less or more than the vendor’s default rates, they can adjust for that product.
    Our Vendor Shipping allows for the shipping funds to be properly allocated and disbursed to vendors at checkout (or set aside as “due” for manual or scheduled payments).

    The WooCommerce table rate plugin will not do that.

    Thank you very much, and im sorry it took me a while to understand haha. but now i fully understand it. thank you so much you’re such a big help. now i understand it better.

    now i just have one more question, is there anyway my vendors can make a coupon for Free Shipping with a minimum amount?

    eg: a vendor is giving a free shipping if the customer buys a minimum of 50$ from her store.

    how can we do that?

    Hi Anna

    So i created a coupon for a discount and a free shipping. But when the customer applied the coupon on checkout it only deducted the amount of the coupon discount and not the shipping fees.

    The coupon is checked for ” applied to all products ”

    There s a bug with our vendor coupons and free shipping- the fix will be included in one of the next Pro updates.

    My Vendor’s can’t upload images when adding products. it gives an error message.

    i have read the forum about this and tried some of the possible solutions but it’s still not working.

    Please go to the my-account page and login the vendor. Form that page, not from a special login modal or form. Login form the my-account page directly. Then test.
    This often happens when a vendor logs in using a special form or theme created login, which does nto log the vendor in via the correct https
    Also, if you have https, try installing the plugin: Really Simple SSL and run through the initial process of securing all content on your site. https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/

    now vendors can upload product images if log in using the my account page. thank you.

    i installed the really simple SSL plugin and i run through the process and i got this result

    it’s says my HTTP Strict transports security was not set on my htaccess. should i get the preimium version of this?

    Glad that worked so now your vendors can upload images.
    I would not bother with the paid version- As long as the content on your site is now uni formally secure, your site should show up with a lock in the browser URL field, and your uploads should not be affected.

    this time, i wonder how customers can leave a feedback to the vendor store, cos i tried with a customer account and visited a store account, and i can’t leave a feedback to their store. i am using the onesocial marketplace by buddyboss, do you think it’s because of their theme? or i miss something when setting up wc vendors?

    Hello,
    Make sure you have a page assigned for the vendor ratings: wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > vendor ratings
    Customers can leave feedback by going to: my-account > orders
    There is a view and leave feedback choice next to each order.

    i tried using two coupons from two different vendors but it only allows me to just use one coupon.

    everytime i add another coupon i got this message

    Sorry, coupon “jacky” has already been applied and cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.

    i have enabled the “Calculate coupon discounts sequentially”

    but it’s not allowing me to add two coupons in one order.

    im testing this for buyers who will add products to the cart from two different vendors and both vendors offers discount coupons

    i want them to add both coupons and get discounts from both.

    i have few other questions though, if a vendor disabled the international shipping, and the buyer added the item to the cart and add an international address, why did it allow the order? even if the vendor disabled the international shipping. i was expecting that it won’t allow the order since the buyer put a international address and the product that the buyer is buying is disabled for international shipping.

    one more question is that, everytime a buyer checkout, it doesn’t give the vendor’s shipping fees to the cart.

    yes i added a shipping classes and shipping zone, because if i dont add them i get this message on the checkout page

    There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

    Janine,
    Please try this:
    1. Disable ANY shipping except our Vendor Shipping.
    2. Now, go and ensure that your vendors have their Store Address entered and set, and that they have shipping rates set. You can check this in wp admin > users or you can login as the vendor and go to the pro dashboard > settings > store (for address) and pro dashboard > settings > shipping (to set rates).

    Now test and see if the shipping options are available for the customer.
