Hi,

It seems my license expired few days ago and I had no chance to download the latest version (v1.4.0 released April 6, 2017). Can you please tell me how to download this version?

In meantime, I would like to know if you have a special renewal price for WC Vendors Pro.

We do not have special prices for WC Vendors Pro yearly license, no.
A purchase provides one year of support and updates for WC Vendors Pro.
Please private reply with your email address and I will send you the last Pro download that was available before April 6, 2017.
We’ve had some updates since then that were important, so I would encourage you to please renew your 1 year license also. 🙂

Hi Ana,

For you and your customers (IMO) you must have a fidelity membership scheme as many others software developers has. I know you put a lot of effort developing your product but because you (maybe) are the todays’s leader in this segment (and you don’t have a fidelity membership or product discounts) you might be received as an ‘arrogant’ business by some people who need to renew their licenses. Anyway, you know better so I won’t argue with you on this point, just my thoughts…

I have no idea what that paragraph of nonsense was about.

Our license is clear. Updates, and supports === $149 a year. Happy to provide you with both, once you re-purchase them.

What I am asking for is what I paid for. My subscription ends April 16th so IMO I am entitled to download all versions up to v1.4.0 (released April 6, 2017). Make sense to you?
