NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi Ben, I would like to ask what are the features/support that you made for wc bookings ?

    I have questions also Ben :

    1. Can Vendors accept their own booking order ?
    2. Does it send email notification to the vendor if the customer checks the availability of the booking product / because in the wc bookings it has a function which is the customer, choose start and end date of the booking product then the customer click the “button check availability”.

    So does wc vendors PRO send email notification to the vendor after clicking the “button check availability”?

    Cause if it has the functionality. We will purchase this plugin. Cheers! Ben!

    Hi Brylle,

    You’re a bit early to the game on this one, Pro does not have Bookings support yet, it’s not scheduled till Pro v1.2.0. We have not begun any work on Bookings support, we have other features that we are still developing in advance of Bookings.

    The way it should work, is that the vendors dashboard will have full access to manage their bookings, list new bookings, and all the fun features of the plugin in general. We’ll have more info on this as time progresses, but again, work has not commenced on it yet.
