    Shafqat,
I attempted to login using the details you provided above, but it would not allow me to login using those credentials.
Is your Pro dashboard page set as a parent page?
I can see in the screenshot that it has the shortcode [wcv_pro_dashboard]
Try also saving your permalinks: wp admin > settings > permalinks

Also, which Add Product button are you clicking on when it takes you to the 404 page?

If you provide me with an admin login & password in a private reply, I can login and take a look..

Ok- the 404 error is solved. You had your WC Vendors free dashboard page set as the WC Vendors Pro dashboard.
I changed this so that they are now correct, and I saved your permalinks.

For the login- do you have the checkout login enabled in the WooCommerce account settings?
wp admin > woocommerce > settings > accounts

I saddly have the same problem although I didn’t update. I bought your plugin and ever since, can’t get it to work. I’ve read now quite alot on your forums & knowledgebase. I tried:

    • Troubleshooting (Plugins & Themes seem not to cause the 404)
    • Permalink resave

I don’t know what to do! That’s why I kindly ask you to help me.

    Best regards,
    Francis

    Hello Francis,
If you would please open a new forum topic so that you can include your WooCommerce System Status and admin login & password when you open the topic, that would allow me to better assist you.
That way you can share the login details using the fields we provide when you open the topic and this information will not be seen by anyone but you and WC Vendors admin.
