NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    i want to set up my site as an advertising site for multiple vendors

    i would create the categories and then vendors would upload their products (csv?)

    there would be no product sales, just direct visitors over to either the product detail page or to the vendor page to contact the vendor

    is this possible with wc vendors pro?

    Sure, you’d just edit the add/edit product template to remove the price fields, and you’d be good to go.

    As for CSV imports, that’s done by you, the admin, not by the vendor. Allowing a vendor to do a CSV import is just BEGGING for your site to get 1000 incorrectly listed products published. 🙂 Remember — vendors arent tech saavy! 🙂

    yith also has a pro version of the catalog mode plugin, i believe this will hide the price fields too, but not sure if it hides the price field in the vendor add product dashboard

    plus pro version says it can disable product reviews

    and then voila, you have catalog mode for free.

    It’s only like 8 lines of code. Never pay for crap like that. 🙂
