NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi Ben,

    It seems wc vendors pro automatic update is not working and I’m not able to find the right way to do it.
    Can you give the knowledgebase link or your guidelines?

    Hi Ben,

    No error.
    I want to update to WC Vendors Pro 1.2.3 and I’m afraid to lose my settings.
    Should I disable the WC Vendors Pro plugin first? Should I delete it? Should I replace it using FTP?

    Hi Elsa,

    Updating Pro will never cause you to lose your settings. The update is just the files. All of your settings are stored in your database. Simply go to your WordPress plugin updater, and let it update to v1.2.3 and all will be well. 🙂

    I got the message: ‘Your plugins are all up to date.’,cbut so far I can not see the new version to update.
    Should I wait for the once a day update?

    Despite WC Vendors Pro 1.2.2 is active the admin panel is displaying the message:
    ‘wc-vendors-pro has not been activated. Go to the settings page and enter the license key and license email to activate wc-vendors-pro.’

    Delete the text you see in both boxes, click Save Changes. Then enter the key & email again, and click Save Changes. That should do it! 🙂

    Hi Ben,

    Thanks for your support.
    Finally I was able to do the update.

    Wouldn’t be easier if there was information on how to update the plugin? In my case I had trouble doing it. 🙂
