NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello,

    I have been locked out of my pro account, because I accidentally signed into my account with the wrong credentials too many times. Can you please help me with regaining my account as I need to address extremely important issues with the WC Vendors Pro Plugin.

    As far as I can see, you are fine to login using that account.
    If you need a new password, I can generate one and send it to the email associated with that account.
