Hi I have woocommerce bookings with accommodation extension. When I make a booking with any other user/vendor the booking creates an order that stays in “processing” orders. It needs to be a completed order in order for emails to be send out so that vendor can see new bookings been made on his listings. The admin must then click on the order to complete it before it sends out the notification emails. This should not be the case as the admin cant check every 5 minutes if there is an order stuck in orders “processing”. When I make a booking or request as admin the process happens correctly and all relevant emails are send to admin, the vendor, and the user (in this case admin). This seems like its a user permission issue. So somewhere between woocommerce, bookings and wc vendors there is a setting that needs to change could you assist? I also use WC Frontend manager which is a beautiful front end system where people can load their listings and bookable items from the front end.

    Thanks

    Hello,
with WC Vendors, only admin can mark an order as “complete”.
For the email- are you using the WC Vendors Bookings integration plugin v1.0.1 or are you still using v1.0.0? We updated and part of that update included a fix for an email that was not being triggered for the vendors.

V1.01 Yes the email is send out after I manually have to mark it as complete. Some bookings need confirmation from vendor that the date is available but they won’t get the mail until we manually complete the order. I even tried a autocomplete plugin but did not seem to work. After the vendor confirm the date available the client needs to pay, which also does not seem to trigger any longer.

I have tested switching Wcvendor and Wc Vendors bookings of and then the booking process happens correctly. After making a booking the screen goes to order received and emails are sent out. After booking is confirmed the payment option also does not appear from the clients view bookings page.

    Hello,
So the issue you are seeing, is that if the Bookings order needs confirmation from the vendor, they are not receiving an email to notify them that they have received an order? If they receive a bookings order that does not require confirmation, are they being notified that they have received that order?
