NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    no one answered this question yet and it has been weeks and we need this to be solved in order to knwo the next step to take for us!

    Did you fix the problem / conflict that comes from your vc-vendors plugin with https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-tab-manager/ or not!

    since you are using woo commerce as the core of your wcvendors plugin then we all expect your plugin work well with other plugins by Woo Commerce. They checked tehir software and did nit find any bug that can cause. they also login to our website and do all they can but cannot find any issue but totally related to wcvendors plugin and they said you need to work around this.

    Please understand that the https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-tab-manager/ is very important for many marketplaces like ours. if this creates conflicts with us then perhaps others too will face it.

    you asked us to send you the plugin itself so your support@ email and we did for you to study, install and see the issue. We have followed up with this but no solutions yet!

    Any improvements?
