Looks like a theme that is overriding your CSS. You’ll want to tweak it and add to your child themes style.css.
I would if I could! I’m nowhere near skilled at tweaking theme layouts and CSS. Your theme developer can fix this, though. You paid for theme support, go get yourself some! 🙂 🙂
