    I’ve been following https://www.wcvendors.com/knowledgebase/using-front-end-new-product-submissions/ – but after inserting the code from step 2 in functions.php, I get the following error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=', expecting ')'

    – and looking at the code, the error relates to the following line:

    'name' => $fileName,

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Oops, that was a page formatting error. There was extra characters in the code when the page inserted its formatting. Check out the page and copy it again, should be fine.
