NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I have a vendor who has flat rate expedited shipping selected as their option. They have also inputted the dimensions and weight. When I try and purchase the product as a customer and input my zipcode in the shipping calculator I get an error message “There are no shipping methods available”. What is going wrong?
    Any help is much appreciated.

    Which shipping method is this? WooCommerce?
    We really can only support the Vendor Shipping that is built into WC Vendors Pro..
    since the WooCommerce 3.0+ update, there have been multiple situations where WooCommerce shipping rates, if paid, are not working properly with WC Vendors Vendor Shipping also being used.
