Hi Anna,
I changed the text ‘I have read and accepted the terms and conditions’ to Portuguese directly on html-vendor-signup.php file and now now it’s okay.

Yes I updated it.
Last Friday I sent to [email protected] the pt_PT po/mo files WC Vendors 1.9.9 updated translations.Now the codes on files (/plugins/wc-vendors/classes/front/signup/class-vendor-signup.php line 53
and /plugins/wc-vendors/templates/dashboard/denied.php line 33 are different and I can not translate) changed and I’m not able to translate it.Need your help.

This issue was related to a ‘thing’ called varnish. 🙂
Yesterday I contacted my hosting company and for almost 1 hour the technician who assisted me failed to resolve the issue, saying lastly that it could be a situation related to the woocommerce or wcvendors plugins.
Today the technician who assisted me quickly found that the error was related to such a thing ‘varnish’. They meanwhile configured the server from scratch and now everything is working normally.Many thanks @Anna and @Yasa for the help you gave me.

To partially solve this problem I will opt for Imsanity plugin and hide store banner and store icon on the vendor settings page.
However, the above settings are not working as they should, since the word ‘branding’ and save ‘changes button’ are still visible.Appreciate your help

Congratulations @ryank and @ben.
This subject is crucial and very important because images are the first to sell, being important to keep the site looking consistent.
With the code referenced in https://gist.github.com/anonymous/1cf5ddc6ac1e9abd2d38 we are almost there, that is, the only aspect missing is the vendor being able to load the banner and the store icon with different dimensions.
Changing to:
if (is_page_template(‘product-edit.php’)) {
add_action( ‘admin_init’, ‘block_vendors_from_uploading_images’ );
}…is not working, because like that vendors are able to upload any image size.
I am very grateful if you can indicate me the missing piece of the puzzle. 🙂

Yes of course, so my initial question is solved, because with the new version the vendors are properly alerted.
Maybe this is a silly or very basic question, but I could not find any information on how to renew my license that expires on 5 February. Do I have to go to the cart, add the product and make the purchase or is there another way to do it? In the meantime if I renew the license before the 5th, will I lose the remaining days?

I do not have any difficulty in doing the manual upgrade (via SFTP or admin). If you tell me that there is no problem, then I will follow your procedures – there’s nothing like seeing (doing) to believe. :), and I will do a back-up before the manual update.

Yes my licence is activated. I deativated the WC Vendors Pro plugin and activated it again and introduced my License Key and email and till now any notifications or uptdates were shown. And among all the installed plugins this is only happening with WC Vendors Pro. 🙁
I would like to have the updates working normally, so I ask you to check what is happening, because apparently everything is fine with my side.In the meantime and to resolve the situation immediately:
I am afraid of following your described procedure of deactivating and deleting the current WC Vendors Pro version, I will lose all the settings and preferences I have made. Shouldn’t be better overwriting WC Vendors Pro folder using SFTP?Kind Regards

I did not realize that there was a new version, because the WC Vendors Pro v 1.3.8 did not generate the automatic update notice on the admin wordpress panel. This situation had already occurred in March 16, 2016 – WC Vendors Pro 1.2.3. I do not understand why most of the time automatic updates work and sometimes not. And this has only happened with WC Vendors Pro.
In the meantime I did the verification with wp-admin/update-core.php and I’m waiting for the update.
Concerning the cancelled status issue I appreciate that it can be fixed ASAP.

1 – No, I cannot see the order statuses in the right column -(http://www.bemvestir.moda/painel_do_vendedor/order/). Please check the attached image, to confirm what can be seen either by the customer and the vendor.
2 – Ok, I appreciate that.
3 – Only if it is now, because not too long ago (I can not confirm which version) it was possible for customer to cancel an order.

1 – In fact we can not see any order statuses on pro dashboard, as we can see on customer my-account/orders dashboard (and this is vital information).
2 – I did some tests and when an order is canceled, no email is sent, neither to the customer or to the vendor.
3 – In addition, I note the customer’s option to cancel an order has been eliminated on customer my-account/orders.So the problem is that the vendor may be shipping an order, however canceled, and let’s agree this is a big bummer.
I hope you can fix this ASAP.

Once again I’m returning to this subject as I can not see any updates related to my request from 8 months ago.
Registered users (excluding vendors) who have not made any purchase, have not had the opportunity to be required to read and accept the terms and conditions.
I think this is important since a registered normal user may wish to become a vendor and must be confronted with the terms and conditions.I hope you can code that into the next release.

I have to confess to you I can not understand why you can not give me an example of style, even because there is an obvious error in your plugin, which correctly displays the banner loaded from ‘Default Store Banner’ on vendor’s individual page, but incorrectly in all other situations. And this can be confirmed either in my theme (Enfold) or in your demo.
For all this, I think it would not be too much if you could give me an example of style code, so I could follow, just as a reference.

However I pasted the supplied code on my Quick CSS theme(Enfold) but I think it will be missing the said styles.
Thus, I also need you to provide me with the code for those styles.Note: Please understand that I am just a fashion blogger with limited knowledge in this technical area.

1 – I think it’s a limitation that vendors can not access only their own images and we have to be limited to the “all or nothing“. However, I am clear with your answer.
2- So vendors can not select more than one image at same time from media library. I think you could review this situation in future versions.

External URL – Thank you for the clarification, since I was not realizing the purpose for this option.
Change the url of a product – So vendors can not change the URL and this is only restricted to the administrator; let us agree that this is nothing practical. I would like to know if there is a possibility in a future version to include the option for vendors to change the url of a product whenever the title’s product is changed.

I went to your Pro Dashboard Demo, edited a product, changed the title but the url did not change, always keeping the initial url. I appreciate your clarification on this.

As I told you in my last answer this occurs only when the vendors use their media library.
I contacted the author’s theme support and they corrected the misalignments.However:
1 – is impossible to edit image ‘title’, ‘caption’, ‘alt text’and ‘description’.
2 – can not select more than one image at same time from media library.This occurs whatever the theme is (Enfold, twenty fourteen, fifteen, sixteen…), so I think it’s related with wcvendors plugin.
