I also noticed that vendors orders emails are set in the language of the customer… Would it be possible to bypass this? I’d like my vendors emails to be full english.
I had the same problem and figured out that a product became unavailable each time a vendor updated it. In case it can help…
Thanks for your reply. We are an on-demand printing company so we work with 0 stock. Our vendors often ask for samples so we ask them to order through the website directly.
How do we write this conditional statement?
When it’s a variable product, since I don’t show the product type dropdown to my vendor, it becomes a simple product when they save.
Otherwise, the bug is also here for simple products. For example, picture will be removed, short description as well when they save.

yes that’s it. It’s happening with different products, different vendors. All products I did the test with were variable products. Manage stock options is disabled.
The quantity is showing up in the Dashboard but the commission is not multiplied by this quantity.
I think I figured out where it comes from… I had the shortcode for fixed commission instead of % in my functions.php file. Since this is only for the free version it might cause troubles to the pro version commission. Can you confirm?

I did the test you mentioned and it’s working great on the development website. So a plugin is probably messing up on the live website.

When the Dashboard Settings page loads I can see the Paypal tab but then it disappears. I think it’s because of the “hide-all” class which has a display: none css.
I don’t where that class comes from because Paypal is unchecked on both WC Vendors > Settings and Signup tabs.

I’m not using the global commission setting but a per product commission. I also attached a screenshot of the product commission tab
I tried with a percentage in the pro commissions tab, and with a percentage in the product commission tab but I still get the same error.
Orders appear in the pro-dashboard but commission are not working.

But I can’t activate it and I keep on having the message “The WC Vendors Pro license key has not been activated, so you will be unable to get automatic updates or support! Click here to activate your support and updates license key.”
I tried with all plugins deactivated but nothing changed. My host says they can’t increase to 300 because the php.ini is not editable on shared web hosting.
How can I do? This is the first it happens and I’m running many websites with this offer.

Thanks for your reply. I did what you did and it worked as well. I think I did my previous tests with existing users and when I changed their roles from Subscriber to Pending vendors then they appeared in the pending vendor section but the Approve button was not there.

No, the cURL is not solved because I asked the plugin requirements in the other topic but nobody replied.
I deactivated all plugins and I still have the problem. When I’m logged as a vendor and when I click on the Pro Dashboard link i’m redirected to my-account.
I was aware of the trouble between Polylang and WC Pro that’s why I removed the language shortcode from the urls. There is no /en or /fr anymore but problem is still here, even with Polylang deactivated.
