No- we do not yet have a local pickup option built into WC Vendors or WC Vendors Pro.
Arnaud I have submitted an issue so we can investigate and test this issue. If we can isolate this and it is a bug in our code, we should have a fix available for one of our next updates.August 27, 2017 at 7:01 pm in reply to: How to show the shipping fee, tax amount, total order (with shipping fee + tax + #77492
I am a bit lost on what you are trying to achieve.
I am not taking custom development jobs at this time; please check with a dev at https://codeable.io or another reputable developer to assist you with nay custom coding of the commissions with WC Vendors or WC Vendors Pro.
Great! Glad to know .August 27, 2017 at 6:58 pm in reply to: Tracking number didn't show on buyer's dashboard or email Add note notification #77489
Is that the exact code you have in your functions.php?
You need to use the actual URL to the tracking for the provider that you wish to add..
Thank you for including the solution, in case there are other users who have trouble while using the Bridge theme.
as for the questions about auctions..
1. Our integration for auctions may be updated in the future and moved to a paid supported integration. Otherwise, it is free, as is. The “sealed bid” must be a new feature in WooCommerce Simple Auctions, as I have not seen that before. Therefore, it will not be in our integration for the front end forms if it is new. If you find the id for the field, it can be added to the front end forms using a checkbox form code, similar to how the other fields were added if you look through the free simple auctions integration plugin code.
2. Forward? So, normal auctions? Our code says, “Normal”. Is there a setting in your WooCommerce Simple Auctions plugin settings to only allow Reverse auction type?
There has been work done on an integration with WooCommerce Subscriptions, but it looks to still be a while out as far as completion.August 27, 2017 at 6:36 pm in reply to: Vendor Order Emails and Vendor Dashboard Order Details Customization #77483
If the option is part of the product offering than it will show within the emails to vendors and customers.
We provide documentation for hooks and filters we have available for use with custom development of Wc Vendors.
Your need is very site specific and I do not know how you would customize the email notifications to not include part of the product offering.
Please look for outside development support or hire a developer for site specific custom development for your website with WC Vendors & WC Vendors Pro.August 27, 2017 at 6:33 pm in reply to: Add Another Upload File Option Into Add Product Form #77482
Upon review I am not certain why your custom code is not working as you had intended.
Please look for an outside developer to assist with further custom code work for WC Vendors, as we only provide guidelines and our docs site for outlining the available hooks & filters for custom development with WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro.
Great! Glad it is working for you now. 🙂August 27, 2017 at 6:30 pm in reply to: Featured Image Sort not working in wp-admin products screen #77480
Looks like this is a WooCommerce thing. Please see this github issue and discussion:
I am not sure what you mean.. like sticky so it sticks to the top of the page if you scroll down?
This should work for WC Vendors free (child theme functions.php). The vendor needs to have their WooCommerce billing address & info filled in (they can do this in my-account).
this will work in WC Vendors Pro (child theme functions.php):
I am not sure about all of these plugins, as I do not have experience with all of these.
-I can tell you that as long as it is configured to ignore the /cart, /checkout and /dashboard pages, that WP Super Cache will work fine.
-Visual Composer is fine as long as you do not put the dashboard shortcodes within visual composer elements.
-Slider Revolution is fine
-PDF invoices is fine but not integrated
-yith wishlist is fine
– you have to use WooCommerce (it is required for WC Vendors)
I do not know about the remaining plugins.August 27, 2017 at 6:09 pm in reply to: Vendors Payments/Earnings Option For Request Withdraw #77476
We do not have a built-in option in WC Vendors or WC Vendors Pro for vendors to request payments.
This would have to be custom coded for your website, or you could configure your own system for communications between the admin and vendors regarding commission payments, requests & schedules.
I have added this request to our list of enhancements for a future update, if possible. Thank you!
The only tax settings available are those for WooCommerce, and the option in wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > general (give taxes to vendors).
The taxes will depend only on how you have admin tax rates set in WooCommerce.
I am not certain; however, I do not recall any users experiencing conflicts with the Ajax search pro plugin.
Some of this can be done with WC Vendors- other aspects would require custom coding and using third party plugins.
We do not have a built-in way to charge for monthly memberships with WC Vendors or WC Vendors Pro.
However, many users have chosen to give their vendors 100% commission and then use a plugin such as Paid Memberships Pro to charge a monthly membership fee.
If you see this thread here, it shows how to give the vendor role to a user after paying the first subscription using paid memberships Pro:
As far as having the payment go directly to the vendor’s bank account- no we do not have this option at all. This would require fairly extensive custom coding, and you would need to likely work with a developer to create this for your site.August 25, 2017 at 6:27 pm in reply to: Vendor address to display on Checkout page using Local Pickup shipping #77400
Looks like it is working great! 🙂
I am not sure what might not be configured properly.
Would you be willing to private reply with your admin login & password so I can take a look at your WC Vendors & WooCommerce settings?
If you switch tot he Storefront theme, does this still happen? https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/August 24, 2017 at 11:07 pm in reply to: Vendor address to display on Checkout page using Local Pickup shipping #77371
The code would have to be changed to use the woocommerce billing or shipping address. The way that code is written, it is out putting the WC Vendors Pro user_meta gathered with the Pro forms (address, email, etc.).
I have tried to do this using the WooCommerce billing user_meta a few times and have not been successful. I know it can be done; but I am missing something in my code and I am not sure yet *what* I am not getting right. It likely has to do with the separation of the vendors role vs. customer role user_meta.
I wrote the above code you were using in Pro just to help out; this is not actually a feature we include nor support in WC Vendors.
I will try again to get the code written, but I have to take care of the other support tickets that deal with the features that are included in our plugin(s).August 24, 2017 at 9:44 pm in reply to: How to contact vendor or customer related to a order #77370
Thank you for the suggestions; I will add these to a list of possible future enhancements to WC Vendors Pro.August 24, 2017 at 9:36 pm in reply to: Wrong quantity shows on the Order Detail if the same product is added twice #77369
Ok- I was able to replicate this with further testing. The first time I was only checking the order screens via checkout, cart and the customer view. I now see that the order pages in the Pro dashboard show qty 1. The email it looks like it is showing the same product, but just on separate lines. I believe it should just show QTY 2 with the total of the two items on one line.
I’ll report this issue and keep you posted with any updates, or if we need further info.
This bundled product type is coming form a third party plugin, correct?
If it is not a normal WooCommerce product type, then it will not have been integrated into our front end forms for WC Vendors Pro.
Do you mean the vendor’s actual first/last name, the vendor username, or the store name?
$vendor_id = $cart_item[ 'data' ]->post->post_author;
should get you the author (Vendor) of the product in the cart.
From there, you’d get_user_meta for the username, store name or actual name– I am just not sure which one you need.
This issue was reported some time ago; Ii will check and see if there has been a fix applied for this that will be included in our next update.
No updates yet. I have reported this issue, and I will update you when I see that our lead developer has been able to fix the underlying cause of this issue.
I am sorry to say this is likely something with your theme, or where your theme directs to for user login/registration.
We hook into the my-account page (woocommerce) for vendor registration.
First the user must register (becomes a “customer” role), and then they are taken to the vendor application if they have checked the “apply to become a vendor” checkbox.
I will say that I have been seeing this theme a lot lately– I think it is a new(er) theme, and a lot of our users have been bringing me issues with this theme. I hate to say it, but I think you will notice some issues with the display of some of our fields, buttons, and other minor but irritating issues that I have been trying to assist users with while using this theme. It looks like a nice theme– however I think when used with our WC Vendors Pro plugin, there are some conflicts– though most eventually seem to be able to be worked out.August 24, 2017 at 12:55 pm in reply to: Wrong quantity shows on the Order Detail if the same product is added twice #77346
Are you certain that those are the same product from the exact same listing?
To test, I have tried multiple times to add more than one of the same product- either by adding qty 1 at a time to the cart, or changing qty using the qty box on the product page, and each time, the qty shows properly with the same item on the same line in cart, at checkout and on order details after purchase.August 23, 2017 at 10:27 pm in reply to: Bug – credit card token stored regardless of customer choice #77306
The credit card information is not actually stored on your site.
The token is stored with the payment processor, Stripe.
I have submitted a request for this and I will update you if we can add an option for this with the Stripe plugin.

Ok grazie. Capisco ora le posso vedere il problema.
Your theme has some outdated templates:
agritourismo-theme/woocommerce/content-product.php versione 2.5.5 è obsoleta. La versione attuale è 3.0.0,
agritourismo-theme/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php versione 2.5.5 è obsoleta. La versione attuale è 3.0.0
agritourismo-theme/woocommerce/loop/result-count.php versione 2.5.5 è obsoleta. La versione attuale è 3.0.0,
agritourismo-theme/woocommerce/single-product/related.php versione 2.5.5 è obsoleta. La versione attuale è 3.0.0,
agritourismo-theme/woocommerce/single-product/up-sells.php versione 2.5.5 è obsoleta. La versione attuale è 3.0.0
.. could you try temporarily switching to the Storefront theme and see if you still have this issue?
Also, that theme uses a method to override WooCommerce templates that may not be compatible with our vendor stores. See this message in your WooCommerce system status:
Il tuo tema ha il file woocommerce.php, non potrai sovrascrivere il template personalizzato woocommerce/archive-product.php poichè woocommerce.php ha priorità su archive-product.php. Questo serve a prevenire problemi di visualizzazione.
If anything– if the issue is not present with Storefront, check to see if your theme has an update, because some of those templates are quite outdated and that will cause issues.
I think the issue with the vendor store name not showing in the browser tab is due to the theme using a woocommerce.php file instead of properly overriding the archive-product.php template. 🙁
Let me know what you discover after testing with Storefront and (possibly) updating your theme if they have an update available.August 23, 2017 at 9:46 pm in reply to: Vendor address to display on Checkout page using Local Pickup shipping #77302
In WC Vendors free, those fields are not present to collect all of that data form the vendor.
The WooCommerce customer shipping/billing info would need to be used.
So for address and email you would need to instead gather the WooCommerce info (get_user_meta) if the vendor has filled out that information on their my-account page.
Thanks for sharing 🙂August 23, 2017 at 9:40 pm in reply to: How to change "Shipping" to "Shipping/Return" on the product detail page #77300
You’ll have to add it again each time you update the theme. Otherwise- it should be ok. Just not update safe.
Please try putting this code in your child theme functions.php file to disable the Divi smooth scroll on the dashboard pages– see if this helps:
No- you do not need to have PayPal standard enabled to use PayPal Adaptive Payments.
looks like the ratings string was fixed for the next release; I am checking on the “You can only select %qty% items” one, as I do not yet see a fix for that one.August 23, 2017 at 9:29 pm in reply to: How to contact vendor or customer related to a order #77296
The vendor could use the provided customer email; or you could use a member plugin such as buddypress to have members of your site contact one another.
We do not have a built-in contact feature in WC Vendors or Pro.
Sorry, but those pages are made by your theme author (BuddyBoss ) for the Social Marketplace theme & plugin. Please direct this question to BuddyBoss, as we do not write the code for those pages.August 23, 2017 at 9:26 pm in reply to: Vendor product submission and approval notice email not sent #77294
The new product emails is sent to the admin, not the vendor.
We do not have an email to notify the vendor that admin has approved the product. If a product is approved, Vendors will see that the product status is “online” instead of “draft” in their product page (pro dashboard > products)
Please direct your vendors straight to the my-account page on your site for login/registration. that, or discuss this with the author of your theme, as that login pop-up comes from your theme.
If you go to the my-account page to register (NOT the pop-up form) do you see two “apply to become a vendor” check boxes?
No- we do not have this type of setting built into WC Vendors.
You would need to have this custom developed for your site and with the MangoPay plugin.August 23, 2017 at 9:18 pm in reply to: How to show the shipping fee, tax amount, total order (with shipping fee + tax + #77291
Commission is not calculated on shipping. Commission is only calculated for the product cost.
Taxes can either be given to the vendor, or given to the admin.
If you leave that box un-checked, then the admin will receive the tax collected. If you check the box, the vendor will receive the tax collected.
Does the vendor have their store shipping address entered?
Are you using only vendor shipping?
I tried to login with the admin details you provided, but it looks like that is a vendor account, as it sent me to a pro dashboard page.
DO you have the pro dashboard shortcode on the my-account page?
If so, it needs t be on its own page. I am not sure why else the pro dashboard menu would be showing on the my-account page.
If you want me to login and check, please provide me an admin login & password in a private reply and I can check for you.
I just tested several auctions.
It was working fine- vendors can see the orders in their dashboard (auctions)
Is the customer visiting the auction page and paying for the won auction?
Until they pay, it will not show in the dashboard under orders for the vendor.
