Hello,
I will try to find out for you if and when work is going to be done on the Simple Auctions integration plugin.Anna
MemberHello,
Our integration plugin only adds some fields to the front-end forms for Pro, and a few sections of code to integrate WC Vendors Pro with the WooCommerce Simple Auctions plugin.
If the auctions are affecting your sit,e please discuss this concern with the author of the WooCommerce Simple Auctions plugin.Anna
MemberPhillip,
Can you not go into wp admin > products and edit the auction listings?Anna
MemberHello,
Please navigate to the my-account page while using Storefront. Try to register as a vendor from the my-account page.
yoursite.com/my-accountIf that does not work, also try deactivating all plugins except WC Vendors, WC Vendors Pro and WooCommerce. Using the storefront theme still, navigate to the my-account page and try again to register as a vendor.
Anna
MemberHello,
After looking into this–
short answer: yes
long answer: yes but I have not yet been able to figure out how.Anna
MemberHello,
Ah yes that is for the “mark shipped” but not for the tracking number. So with the code I gave you above, admin should receive a notification email when an order is shipped.
I will see if I can find a way to copy the tracking number notification to admin, though I believe this is tied to order notes rather than emails so I am not yet sure how to accomplish this.August 23, 2017 at 8:11 pm in reply to: Fixed product discount coupons and free shipping order/product are not working #77276Anna

Ok, Stefan- thank you.Anna
MemberHello,
I think this has been corrected for the current version of Pro (v1.4.4), but here is some discussion on this issue, and a gist for custom taxonomies:Anna
MemberHello,
Thank you- I reported this issue a few days ago, and hopefully there will be a fix for this in our next update.August 22, 2017 at 9:45 pm in reply to: I have the button "Apply to be vendor" doesn't show complete, missing a letter " #77222Anna
MemberHello,
Try this in your child theme style.css or in wp amdin > appearance > customize > additional CSS:input#save_button.wcv-button { margin-left:20px; }
August 22, 2017 at 9:41 pm in reply to: How to show the shipping fee, tax amount, total order (with shipping fee + tax + #77221Anna
MemberHello,
Are you using vendor shipping?
Do you have your settings such that vendors receive the tax collected? (wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > general : taxes)Anna
MemberHello,
We have an option to hide some categories from vendors in WC Vendors Pro, but not WC Vendors free.Anna
MemberHello,
Try this in your child theme functions.php. change the name & email to the admin name & email:
https://gist.github.com/fervous/76eeab6b5f23bf5f9161ed2f19a8bc92Anna
MemberHello,
Vendors are notified by email of orders that have been paid.
Are these orders paid? Or is payment still processing? What payment method are you using?Anna
MemberHello,
Could you please update to WC Vendors Pro v1.4.4 and see if this error still shows?
Have you deleted any orders? Also, (separate issue) this template needs to be updated:
Overrides: onesocial-child/wc-vendors/dashboard/store-settings.php versão 1.3.7 desatualizada. A versão atual é 1.4.0
: Saiba como atualizar modelos desatualizadosAnna
MemberHello,
When that variation is removed, the system is still trying to show the recent order on your dashboard that has that variation. So, now it is showing an error because the information has been removed, and it can no longer obtain that information.
I will see if this can be altered so the error does not show.Anna
MemberHello,
For the product/add edit front-end form for the vendors, try this in your child theme style.css:.select2-results { max-height: 600px!important; }
I cannot alter the woocommerce back-end screen.
Anna
MemberHello,
We do not have a built-in email for admin approval of products.Anna
MemberHello,
Are you having users register using the my-account page?
Have you tried switching to the Storefront theme https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/ to see if there is a conflict with your theme? (what theme are you using?)
Would you please share your WooCommerce system status (wp admin > woocommerce > status > view status > copy for support)Anna
MemberHello,
Did you add a redirect for users after they login? Normally users should be redirected to their my-account page after login.August 22, 2017 at 8:57 pm in reply to: Error: an account is already registered with your email address #77211Anna
MemberHello,
OK, does this occur when they are sent to the pro dashboard page to sign up to become a vendor? Or from the my-account page?August 22, 2017 at 8:55 pm in reply to: How to change "Shipping" to "Shipping/Return" on the product detail page #77210Anna

MemberHello,
In the commission reports, if you are using Vendor Shipping, the shipping should be included in the due commissions calculation.
wp admin > woocommerce > commissionsAnna
MemberHello,
Javascript needs it’s own functions(that you would put in the functions.php) but also its own file.
You’ll need to hire outside support for javascript support. 🙁Anna
MemberI’ve replied here:
Anna
MemberHello,
If it happens only when you are using that theme, but not with Storefront, then it is likely a javascript conflict with that theme.
It is hard to say; personally I have not used that theme- but I do see from your system status that it is not compatible with WooCommerce. The way they have overridden the templates is not correct.Anna
MemberHello,
I just tested this using WC Vendors Pro v1.4.4 and WC Vendors v 1.9.12.
The filters were all working properly. I was able to sort by vendor, by vendor + status, and by vendor + status + date.Which version of WC Vendors are you using?
Anna
MemberHello,
WC Vendors is not integrated with the Appointments plugin- so I am not sure that your vendors will have access to nor receive the proper commissions form the Appointments product type.
We are integrated with WooCommerce Bookings if you use WC Vendors Pro + WooCommerce Bookings + our WC Vendors WooCommerce Bookings Integration Plugin.1、Can I create a new product types for the appointable product?
2、The WooCommerce Appointments allow vendor can set the base price and extra price (use add-ons feature).I do not know- I have not used this plugin with WC Vendors.
3、 Can the vendor download their own invoice with their logo、name to their customer? In Chines .
You could customize this for your vendors- in WC Vendors Pro we have a simple packing slip option that has a template that could be customized.
Anna
MemberHello,
Those fields are sanitized for security- and they cannot use HTML mark-up. Unfortunately I have opened this issue before int he past, and that was the conclusion.Anna
MemberHello,
Well I do see this in your status report:Pro Dashboard Page: ✕ -Your pro dashboard page cannot be set to your free dashboard page.
You need to have separate pages for your free and pro dashboards.
You direct the vendors to the pro dashboard, leave the free dashboard dormant in the back end of your site.
The pro dashboard page should have the shortcode: [wcv_pro_dashboard]
The free dashboard should have the shortcode: [wcv_dashboard]Anna
MemberHello,
GO to:
wp admin > woocommerce > commissions
select (check box) the lines that have been paid > bulk actions > mark paidAnna
MemberHello,
You’d have to display the data collected from the fields, using get_post_meta
Like this (second part of the code uses a hook for the product page):

MemberHello,
You could make a filter to change the hook used to display the “apply to become a vendor” checkbox.
Currently we use woocommerce_register_form
Here are the hooks available on that page:Anna
MemberHello,
Here is an example of a field using the select2 format:

MemberHello,
I have an open issue for this currently- hopefully this will be able to be implemented in one of our next updates.August 21, 2017 at 10:38 pm in reply to: Removing "Sold By" for specific vendor name (array of vendors) #77147Anna
MemberHello,
You could likely write some conditional php , a filter, to display the sold by for specific vendors using their vendor username or user Id, yes.Anna
MemberHello,
If you use a .pot file, then it will not translate all of the plugins or categories, no.
There are some plugins that translate more— though specifically for our plugin, they do not usually translate the pro pages completely.
We have language files for WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro also:
https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/language-support/Anna
MemberAre you using our integration plugin?
https://www.wcvendors.com/product/woocommerce-simple-auctions-integration/
Also, the settings for the auctions (even with our plugin) are located in the woocommerce settings.August 20, 2017 at 4:11 pm in reply to: Woocommerce Payfort gateway will support or not in WC Vendor plugin #77097Anna
MemberHello,
You can use any WooCommerce compatible gateway to collect customer payments; however, you’ll need t pay out your vendors their due commission manually as all payments will go to the admin.Anna
MemberHello,
I am not sure what the conflict with W3 Total Cache is.
Are you still using this version: WC Vendors Pro: por WC Vendors – 1.3.7
The current version is 1.4.4, which has compatibility with WooCommerce 3+ . 1.3.7 is not going to work properly with WooCommerce 3+++Anna
MemberHello,
You can go to your WC Vendors settings and hide all product types except Virtual.
wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > productsAnna
MemberIs the feedback page working now also? Or is it still showing a 404?
Anna
MemberHello.
When I logged in, the first thing I saw was this:WooCommerce data update – We need to update your store database to the latest version.
I am not sure what version of WooCommerce you’re updating from, but if it is pre- v3.0 then there were a lot of changes! If you run the DB update, does this resolve the issue?
Anna
MemberHello,
I looked at the link– I cannot see an issue.
Could you please explain again what is your concern?Anna
Member@faessler92
Hello,
I deleted the old activation on our end; please try and activate your license on your live site now.Anna
MemberPlease follow the steps I gave you int his post: https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/404-page-errors-in-pro-dashboard/ and see if this issue is still occurring (the 404 pages).
Anna
MemberHello,
If you do these steps, do you still have the issue?
1. Switch to the Storefront theme https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/
2. Deactivate all plugins except WC Vendors, WC Vendors Pro and WooCommerce
3. Go and make sure your permalinks are set to something other than “default” settings, and even if they are, click SAVE.Anna
MemberHello,
You need both the Pro and the free dashboard pages to be active.
Each needs its own page.
You only USE the Pro dashboard – only have a menu link for your vendors to use the Pro dashboard.Make sure you have one page with this shortcode: [wcv_dashboard}
and one page with this shortcode (pro dashboard): [wcv_pro_dashboard]August 19, 2017 at 11:34 pm in reply to: Vendor address to display on Checkout page using Local Pickup shipping #77061Anna
MemberHello!
Glad you’re going live soon.
Try this in your child theme functions.php:
https://gist.github.com/fervous/d44c627f4a1685ba8dec01ceb8cd1fbfAnna
MemberDid you add the CSS here:
wp admin > appearance > customize > additional css ?
If that does not work, I guess try adding important to the end of each:.wcv-navigation ul.menu.horizontal li { background: #777!important; margin: 2px!important; float: right!important; position: relative!important; }
.wcv-navigation ul.menu.black { background: transparent!important; }
