Oh I got it now. I did not know that… I thought if I cannot see it she won’t see it either.
I help some of my vendors to upload their products…but in this case I have to ask her to at least set up her shipping profile then I can do the rest!
    OK.
    Thank you Anna.

…one more thing, before I open a new ticket, because I’m not sure if it’s belong to WCVendors or not:
One of my vendor told me yesterday, that she wanted to schedule a sale on her page and all the product images have disappeared except the featured image at all the listings she touched. Any idea? 🙁

Can you please take a look at my other vendors, especially the one I have suggested and let me know how can I solve this.

    Now, that’s interesting.
I have my own shop within Folt Bolt Shop. I use flat rate, but for a test I have changed it to country table rate. Please find attach what I can see.
Since you have the admin credentials, would you mind to take a look at for example the user called: Kay Bells. She has country table rate and her account was the first where I noticed this issue.
    Many thanks

    Hi Anna,

    Yes.
    I have:
    Marketplace 1.4.2
    Woocommerce 3.0.8
    One Social 4.8

And yes, my site admin default is country table rate and if the vendor wants flat rate I change it for them manually.

    Hi Anna,
The shop’s default option is Country Table Rate.
I have checked on few of my sellers whom are using the Country Table Rate version and it looks like none of them have this option 🙁

Hi guys, here’s the official answer from PayPal.
I contacted them with the issue last week, then again yesterday, mentioning @saturnO15 ‘s solution:

“Based on the initial investigation by our engineers, the issue is being caused due to a recent system update done at PayPal’s end. It is identified that the error is occurring if you are passing the “&” in the Checkout URL instead of ” ? “.

As workaround yes, modifying the URL to use “? ” does seem to resolve the issue. You may proceed to make the changes. Nevertheless, our engineers are still investigating if it possible to make a rollback on the system update to ensure the URL containing “&” would be usable. I’ll keep you posted on new updates once available.

I hope this helps. Thank you

    Hi there,
The magic with the ‘&’ to ‘?’ worked well for me so far.
    Thank you 🙂
…when WC Vendors will have an ‘official’ statement regarding this issue I’ll be happy to read it.
What is strange for me ( I am just a simple user, not a developer like you guys) that it looks like it has affected only some of the shops not all of them…
Maybe WC Vendors can figure out something, I mean what we have in common in our settings…etc..but fingers crossed it was just the ‘&’
    🙂
Thanks again for this forum and all your help!

    Hi everyone,

Same here for couple of days.
I have contacted paypal with this issue. They are testing their part right now.
What I have figured out so far: it is a ‘pattern’ such as every second purchase is successful.
Add any product to the basket, go to the cart page, click on place order button. One time it’s navigates you to the basic paypal opening page (https://www.paypal.com/), then if you go back using the ‘back’ button of your browser, you are again on the shop’s cart page. It refreshes automatically. Click again to the ‘place order’ button…and everything is just fine.
But if you do not place the order instead go back to the cart page again, it comes the first version, such as paypal opening page…then back and you are able to shop…etc…etc…
    again and again.

    Dear Anna,
I have contacted PayPal…still waiting for their reply, but here’s what I have figured out meantime.
    Maybe it tells you something:
It is a ‘pattern’ such as every second purchase is successful.

One time it’s navigates you to the basic paypal opening page (https://www.paypal.com/), then if you go back using the ‘back’ button of your browser, you are again on the shop’s cart page. But if you do not place the order instead go back to the cart page again, it comes the first version, such as paypal opening page…then back and you are able to shop…etc…etc…

    What do you think?

The system marked them cancelled for today.
as for the similarity…I have tried to find anything common but nothing so far.
3 vendors, 2 from the USA, 1 from Australia
3 different items, different amount, different sellers…one of the sellers just sold the same bracelet a day before without any trouble
One of the customer, said she wanted that product, so she had the money, she wanted to pay using her paypal account, actually she tried it once again, same result 🙁
I have no more idea what to check or try…
    I appreciate any help!

    Dear thrivinglocally,

Many thanks for your ideas…I have updated one of them and it seems to be working 🙂
Such as: instead of changing the status of the listings to draft I have changed the ‘Visibility’ from catalog search to hidden.
All the images are hidden now on the shops and even if they appear on the left side category listing as ‘numbers’ but clicking on any of those categories nothing happens 🙂
    Yesss!
Not a perfect but a ‘homemade’ solution 🙂
    Thanks again!

    Hi Anna,
Update: no, no the taxes. ( I know you cannot see the ‘commissions’ calculated, they cannot be seen in the orders, but I have 2 paypal notifications and got 0.70 AUD from 2 orders)
We have finally figured it out. There was one of the settings of the currency switcher that caused this issue, even if it is more than strange, I mean why the commission why not just simply an error message at the checkout.
So, just to let you know, maybe this info can be useful for others as well: we use the currency switcher (excellent plugin by the way!) and I have set it up to NOT to show cents / decimals anywhere…but because comparing couple of listings those with no and with commission issue the only difference between them was the shipping price. Such as where there was no issue the shipping price was a ’round’ number like 5 AUD or 10 AUD where the commission happened, the shipping was like 16.80 AUD etc…
I have set up 2 decimals at the main currency (only there because there’s no option to pay in any other currency so far) and magic happened 🙂 It looks all good now! 🙂

    Cheers:
    Kriszta

PS: also my lovely vendors have found their orders on their vendor dashboard! yeyy 🙂 What a successful day! 🙂

    Hi Anna,

1: I have contacted the Vendors asking whether if they have checked the orders on their Vendor Dashboard or on the My account page. Good suggestion, thank you!

2: Commission: Good thinking regarding the tax status…what I have noticed is that the 2 items, affected by the commission, both of them were marked as “tax status: shipping only. (Hope this is all)
I have disabled the Tax options from now, but obviously the previously listed items contain this option…anyway, I will notify the vendors about his feature.

3: Sold Items: I can wait for this new feature 🙂
    Thank you for your help!

    Hi there,
    New issue:
It was the first time when a customer has placed an order, buying several different items from 4 vendors.
The transaction went OK, but only me, the admin can see the details of the orders.
All of the vendors have received a notification email, but on their vendor dashboard >orders menu nothing appears!
Can you fix this for me please?

Other questions / issues to solve:

1: Where/how can I add the proper sold product’s link to the notification email?
2: The sold items remain in the shop…here we are back to my previous ticket: there supposed to be a ‘Sold Items’ directory/section which shows the number and the details of the sold items. When an item is sold, it should go automatically to that folder/page whatever and the vendor can decide whether to relist it or not.
It is a very basic function I believe…is there any solution ?????

    Hi Anna,
    Here’s the origianl topic:

I’d like to showcase the number of sold items on each vendors store front. There’s an existing list of them already see it here, in the Sellers menu: https://foltboltshop.com/sellers/
But I need it for example in the vendor’s avatar section, above or below the Ratings line.
Also: it can be a linked option, and when a customer clicks on it it will navigate her to the list of that certainn vendor’s sold items, like here on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/RoyalWallSkins
In this example when you click on the 822 Sales you can see all of them. It can be very useful for the new customers, before placing a custom order for example…
Can you please let me know how much would it cost?
    Cheers:

It is happening randomly. We have tested it at least for 100 times yesterday.
Random vendors, random 3 products…. More vendors, at the same cart some of them with at least 3 products…etc… Once it happens, then with others nothing.
The commission settings is set to 100. I did it. No one has changed it…actually as I can see my vendor are not able to change it…and even if they could, why would they do? 🙂

Now I wanted to tested it for you and have tried with the same shop where I noticed this issue yesterday. Now when I add 3 items to the cart, the attached message appears.
    What is that?????

If you want to take a look at my admin panel I am happy to send you the passwords…

OK..so: it looks like we have solved the ‘stock’ issue, but the other one is still on.
Once again the problem is: when you add 3 or more different items to the cart from the same vendor, the system somehow adds a 5% commission, which is not wanted at all as I don’t charge any commissions after sales!
Can you please take care of it ?

NEW PROBLEM but I cannot write to the Pro support page because your search bar is on the link 🙁
    Anyways…
My new ticket name would be: stock-lock-item cannot be purchased-extra email added on the paypal page

    Here’s the situation:
I have a customer. She added 7 items to her cart from 4 different vendors. she was not able to pay for, there was an error messag on the paypal page.
I have started to test the items, check their shipping details and the result is that there must be an issue only with one of the accounts.
So we are talking about 1 specific account and 3 different products from that shop.
I am able to buy those products individually.
I am able to buy any 2 of those products but as soon as I add the 3rd products there’s an error
    +
In any of the cases when I was able to reach the paypal checkout with 1 or 2 of the products there was added an extra seller (in this case it was me as the admin of the page but I don’t charge any commissions at all???!!!) and I had a share of the amount.
The total amount was 28 AUD in real life but on the paypal page there was 27.50 for the original vendor and 0.50 AUD for me (the customer aaaaaaa 🙁 )
