Sorry I don’t think I have explained myself very well. I’ve done that, but the labels still appear, not on the Product Edit page, but on the product list where a customer views their products. The bit where you hover to Delete, Edit or View a Product.
JamesParticipantHi Jamie,
Thanks for this – i am currently using the first version of WC Vendors Pro – I have edited all of the templates quite heavily and played around with it a lot, so i am very wary of updating the plugin as it’s working fine as it is for me and the purpose it has. I’m also very tight for time as my client wanted to launch a week ago.
Will this Github code work on the original version? If not, would you be able to tell me which files i need to change in order for it to?
Thanks again
James

I have also translated all of the default language in WC-Vendors but I’m not sure where this should now go? Do I have to merge the WC-Vendors Pro .po and .mo with the WC Vendors files somehow?

So I have learnt how POedit works now and language files, i’ve created my own mo and po files for EN_GB and followed your guide here and created a folder in languages called wc-vendors with wcvendors-en_GB.po and wcvendors-en_GB.mo both in there. In addition, i have seleted English (UK) as the language in WordPress General Settings. But no luck, the translations haven’t applied?

30 mins because there’s a little bit more to it, I’m running Listify with all their suggested plugins too so a tonne of demo pages I’ve been fishing through 🙂 I’m glad I didn’t hesitate on the $99 plugin cost…looks brilliantly setup; I need to customise the add products page too so will give that a crack.
I’m sure you guys are probably swamped with work at the moment, but do you take on other work? Nothing as such in mind at the moment but I’m lacking a developer I can call on for the tasks which are over my head!
Cheers,
James
