August 20, 2016 at 2:03 pm in reply to: New version of Wcvendors and Theme make widgets unavailable #40587karlParticipant
Hello @ben
Just wanted to ask again on this issue, it would help me much if this could be solved 🙂
WC Vendors Pro includes its own copy of select
If I understand my themes support correct “WC Vendors Pro includes its own copy of select and does not use what is bundled with WooCommerce” Is it possible for you to use the one from WooCommerce?
“wp_register_script( ‘select2’, $this->base_dir . ‘../includes/assets/js/select2’ . $this->suffix . ‘.js’, array( ‘jquery’ ), ‘3.5.2’, true );”
“…So while it happens to be the same version that WooCommerce uses the same issue will occur again when WooCommerce updates their version.
Is there a reason to include the duplicate?
– “Bundling” assets in a theme or plugin should hold the same weight…”Or do I missunderstand this?
Best regards Karls
karlParticipantI have the same issue. I have worked with my site for months and then Listify updates their theme and the Wcvendors and Listify are no longer working together! Not good 🙁
Contacts with support have so far not solved this.
Have you found any solution? How are you going forward now?
Regards

Listify support says:
“We have had many reports that the plugin called WC Vendors is causing this issue on a lot of customers sites so please start there. They are likely loading an outdated version of a Javascript library which is causing the error.”Can you help me with a message I can send to Listify support to make them understand the issue and not doing this in the future?
July 22, 2016 at 4:31 pm in reply to: New version of Wcvendors and Theme make widgets unavailable #37957karlParticipantOK, I do not want to risk that! But if I wait for 1.4.0 (“The updated select2 library being included in Pro will have to wait for v1.4.0”) it will solve my issue without disabling “select2 from loading with pro”?
July 22, 2016 at 11:07 am in reply to: New version of Wcvendors and Theme make widgets unavailable #37896karlParticipantOK thank you Ben :-)! Are there any risks at selecting the “Disable select2 from loading with pro”?

July 6, 2016 at 2:49 am in reply to: New version of Wcvendors and Theme make widgets unavailable #36346karlParticipantYes it says:
“Uncaught Error: Option ‘ajax’ is not allowed for Select2 when attached to a <select> element.”Also see attached printscreen.
July 5, 2016 at 4:35 pm in reply to: New version of Wcvendors and Theme make widgets unavailable #36310karlParticipantHi again 🙂
So the latest version of the Wcvendors plugin and Listify is incompatible with each other.
Wcvendors support says:
“We dont interfere with widgets in any way, no widgets ship with WC Vendors. It’s a problem on Listify’s end…..”Listify support says:
“We have had many reports that the plugin called WC Vendors is causing this issue on a lot of customers sites so please start there. They are likely loading an outdated version of a Javascript library which is causing the error.”Do you think Listify support is right: “They are likely loading an outdated version of a Javascript library which is causing the error” ?
June 20, 2016 at 6:03 pm in reply to: ERROR Messages on Logout and Add Product in latest update release #35219karlParticipantHi, I use the pro version. Should I make a separate support-case maybe?
June 20, 2016 at 5:20 pm in reply to: ERROR Messages on Logout and Add Product in latest update release #35210karlParticipantHi 🙂
I also get this issue after upgrading the plugin (when logging out):
——————-
Warning: session_destroy(): Trying to destroy uninitialized session in /home/luftixxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors/class-wc-vendors.php on line 130Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/luftixxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors/class-wc-vendors.php:130) in /home/luftixxx/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1171
——————-Have tried to login/logout several times. Any solutions?
karlParticipantDid you get to look at this?
karlParticipantTo be more specific, see attachment.
karlParticipantOK. Please see the attachments.
karlParticipantSeems like the problem is still there. Am I correct?
At least on my site the vendor still gets mor in commission than they sell the product for.
karlParticipantOK, tnx. I’ll try the file from github. For the record I use the Pro version.
karlParticipantI have checked it, see attach. And when a product is sold for a total of 100,- included tax, the commission should never be 110,- ?
karlParticipantResolved! After installing today’s update it’s working! 🙂 Thanks.
karlParticipantYes:
-Homepage Control, WooThemes
-Storefront Footer Bar, WooThemes
-WooCommerce Colors, WooThemes-Page Builder by SiteOrigin
-SiteOrigin CSS
-SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle-Shortcodes Ultimate, Vladimir Anokhin
karlParticipantSee attachment
karlParticipantOK, thank you both 🙂
This Avada: http://demo.theme-fusion.com/ ?
karlParticipantOK I see. Thanks. Do you have a suggested theme that looks good with your plugin and woocommerce and is well coded?
karlParticipantIn the left side of the footer: http://www.lufte.no/vendor_stores/kennel1/
karlParticipantThank you Ben. It works:)
karlParticipantkarlParticipantHi Ben.
I tried to add an attachment with screenshots and more info in doc and pdf format, but it’s not an allowed file type to upload.
Yes I have published the products and I can buy them as a customer. But if i try to select a product for looking into the details/reviews nothing happens.
Yes I have re-saved the permalinks as well.
I have reinstalled the whole shop three times and the same happens every time.
