    Thanks Anna,

Is this something you guys can do separately for a fee?

Do you know any places where we can find developers to implement this?

    Thanks

    Any update on this.

Just to be clear, there is no option to only take coupon discount from website owners commision?

So if I want site wide coupon I have to create a coupon in each vendor dashboard?

I saw on old threads that the coupon system did in fact used to work whereby the coupon was taken off the site owners commission. I don’t know why this got taken off the website? Surely that is a very common thing people want?

Is there going to be anyway in the future to allow these coupons site wide? Without having to manually create the in vendor dashboards.

    Hi,

So I figured out they take off 3.4% .20

So I added the percentage plus fee

    so it would be 83.4% + 20p

Went to checkout and it was showing as 83.4% – 20p? I want to add 20p

I went to the commisions section and it reads

This is the fee deducted from the commission amount.

I dont want the 20p taken off I want it adding on.

    How can I do that?

    Thanks

    Thanks Ben

    Thanks for your kind reply.

With regards to paypal fees. Is there not a standard pr does it vary?

I’ve read somewhere they take 2% + 30p is that correct.

So If I want the vendor to recieve 80% Id just add 82% + .3p

Can you direct me to anywhere where I get the fees set in stone so I know exactly what to add in there.

When you say work it out are you saying it varies?

many thanks for your reply in advance

    Lewis

    Hi Anna,

    This is fixed now,

The issue was our business account wasn’t properly verified.

    I have another question

80% commission goes to the vendor.

However we don’t wan’t the vendors to have any paypal fees taken away, how can we forfeit the fees and have full 80% go to them?

    Thanks

So Its not working for me.

Ill have to call up paypal. Have you had any experience with people calling them about this before, have they rectified it.

PS I have not used the sandbox, do I need to use the sandbox before the live id works?

    Thanks

wp admin > woocommerce > system status > tools reset wc vendors roles

Yes I have done this and it has enabled me to add vendors properly. However now when I save a vendor I get the error message

When I disable the old multi vendor plugin the role still appears. Do you know how I can remove this?

    OK,

So I changed all the vendors from vendor admin to vendor. Activated the plugin and when I checked the products the products had all changed their vendor to admin.

    Any ideas?

    OK,

So the vendors have the role vendor admin not vendor although there is a vendor option. Im assuming they need their roles changing to vendor, not vendor admin. I think woocommerce vendors makes vendor admins vendors that can edit their admin page.

No worries will stick to free now, just to clarify though, was the reason my pro plugin not working becuase you have to have the free one installed also?

    Thanks for quick response
