Teacha!Participant
I tried this code (I have been experiencing the same problem now for months) and it didn’t work.
” 0 rows affected. (Query took 0.0789 seconds.)”
Anything else that might work? I have tried everything that you have said (in my separate thread).
Thanks
Teacha!ParticipantHi there,
Will I get support on this bug?
It is also happening with newer vendors now.
Please assist.
Thanks!
Teacha!Participant@fervous – any news? This has been a problem since I updated the plugin (2 updates back).
Teacha!ParticipantNot at the moment, no.
I updated to the newest version and its still giving me an HTTP 500 error on some vendor pages.
Thanks.
Teacha!ParticipantI have completed all the above and it still persists. It was after I updated to the new WC and WC Vendors Pro.
Its only like this on “bigger” vendors with many orders although it doesn’t display correctly (with the chart, etc) on the ones where it does show.
The error_log is clear at the moment even after switched themes, etc.
Teacha!ParticipantI’m still having exactly the same problem. I’ve been running the site for two years – I can’t remember if I deleted something. This only affects vendors who have many orders (thousands / more!).
Now a new issue has popped up – products aren’t being submitted and it just disappears.
Please assist!
Thanks
Teacha!ParticipantHi,
Yes. It still occurs. I thought it was fixed but noticed that it happens on dasboards with huge quantities of orders.
All the other pages load – just the one with the chart doesn’t.
Thanks
Teacha!ParticipantSame here. Please help urgently.
Teacha!ParticipantMy license says expired and I can’t get updates. What does this mean?
Teacha!ParticipantThanks. Any recommendations?
Teacha!Participant@VOLTAGEMARK Was this rectified by them? I’m thinking of buying this theme but ain’t got time for drama.
Teacha!ParticipantHi Ben
Seems to be fixed. It was all the new vendors that registered after the WCVendors Pro update.
I just changed their individual settings for now, hoping that it won’t happen again.
Teacha!ParticipantThanks, Ben! I’ll follow your advice.
