    Hi Anna,

    thank you for your help. even for “mark shipped” as an admin i still do not get an notification when i mark shipped as a vendor in my another account that i created as a vendor.

    However customer does get a mark shipped notification.

    Hi Ana,

    thank you for that. I tested but as the site owner i am not getting an email when i login as a vendor and mark the shipping with a tracking number etc.

    And yes i did on Child Theme functions.php

    as a customer i get an email which is normal but per this update i am still not receiving any notification. Please check the attached screenshot to see if anything i missing?. I tried this on our staging site .xyz

    I am sorry to hear about your dev site. i thought you would have an account with woo by getting their plugin for free to test things around as a developer company.

    currently we are asking our vendors to use Downloadable option with a checkmark then upload their pdf manuals and source codes as a zip file etc. so then customer gets these in a download link within their purchase confirmation email.

    do you think this is a good way to do, or can you recommended a plugin that can work 100% compatible with your plugin for pdf manual and other uploads etc.

    This plugin i am showing allows the site owner to add pdf or other files like here https://demos.skyverge.com/shop/bed-frame/ as a manual. I know wc vendor does not have such function therefore we need to have this using another plugin and I find what woo offers.

    Yes lately we have got many complaints because we stop using mobile pay… I am wishing that apple pay will be available in wc-vendor plugin soon…

    Hi Anna,

    Thank you for your help. These are three basic functions:

    1.Customers should not create an account in order to ask a question to the vendor while being on the respective product.

    2. when a customer asks question on the product page, the copy of the email should go to the vendor, another copy to the site owner, and the other copy to the customer who asked the question.

    3. when vendor replies the question email with an answer then then both the site owner and customer should receive an email so site owner can monitor the conversation.

    i know buddy boss had Ask Question form which we disabled it with css because it was forcing customers to create an account in order to ask a simple question which created stress for potential customers so we hide it.

    Hi Anna,
    Thank you so much for your help. We are not sure how to achieve that with our current theme and plugin. We have asked to buddyboss months ago but they didn’t have any similar solution or plugin etc. We then turn to woo and they asked us to buy their Product Inquiry Form plugin, we did but it never worked as we need. We asked for full refund. It works well for a single owner ecommerce sites but Not multi vendors.

    I must say Anna, running a multi vendor marketplace site like we do here is not something everyone can do. It requires so much work, research, it creates tons of conflicts with other plugins and much more…

    We have bought many great plugins from woocommerce but it always conflict with wc-vendor plugin. We then end up return after days of troubleshoots…

    So we are extremely nervous in buying any plugin to prevent conflict with wc-vendors.

    Perhaps it will be perfect if you have a plugin that is 100% fully compatible with your plugin so we do not look elsewhere. We will buy it from you.

    Hi Anna,

    Yes I agree about line breakers in shipping policy and return policy pages as well. Our vendors too have been complaining about this matter. We have tried <br> <p> and <p> </p> yet nothing worked!! This is really important.

    Hi Anna, yes we do have the most latest pro version. All of our plugins are up to date including woo commerce and WordPress.

    P.s. Can we please please keep my forum content QAs private so they won’t be crawled by google to prevent any harm to our site and do not expose our problems to the public and other customers.

    This is truly very important to us for our safety includimg our customers and vendors as we are growing company worldwide.

    Hi Anna,

    yes i use that one which was offered as a free service by Woo https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/ and we have the lastest version that was released by woocommerce: Version 3.1.7

    i also installed the one i purchased from wc-vendors but cannot find any way to do anything with it! “WC Vendors – Stripe Commissions & Gateway” not from woo setting nor wc-vendors settings i can’t find a tool to see options.

    what should we do? keep both stripe plugins or remove one ?

    i just bought yours too. Order #64115

    sales are fine with our current stripe except orders that are purchased with stripe are not showing in the vendor’s dashabird. other than tshi everything’s working fine.

    do you think your stripe and woo strie will conflict?

    Anna,

    I just noticed that we do not have Stripe Commissions & Gateway Plugin made by WC-Vendors but the Stripe plugin that made by WooCommerce which they were the one asked to buy it.

    Should I buy the Stripe Commissions & Gateway Plugin made by WC-Vendors?

    Hi Anna,

    How can we rename the “Ships From:” to “Made in:” so on all products it shows “Made in:” instead of “Ships From:”. We need this for many reasons.

    hi, we get lots of “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” and not sure if this is related to wc-vendor or woo commerce or wordpress of theme or plugins etc. ewe do not knwo what causes by whose product! hosting company says their hosting is ok!

    any thought?

    we use all the different browsers computer states cities countries and we went to Africa yet not working!

    any idea! this is hurting me.. so many problems

    we have to installed a new plugin.
    nothing left that we didn’t disable to find out. We are not sure why we are seeing that and also on the same custom css page it doesn’t allows us to add any css at all.

    all we see is:

    despite i do appreciate your help attempt but i rather get help from those who cred this plugin.
    our website is not a local small biz site. there are people depend on us.

    and buddy boss are the most useless company we have ever dealt with. we are in a great depression with them, tehir ethics and tehir useless products.

    hi Anna, thanks.

    we use to have this http://demos.buddyboss.com/marketplace/pro-dashboard/ (for our site) in the drop down menu after you logged in as a vendor, and you had access to certain links to add a product and after an update either from WC-vednor or buddybos we lost all that.

    Not sure why and how; here http://ozrobotics.com/marketplace/ if you login as a vendor from the top right menu of yours you should see a way to add product but not anymore expect what i have added in the bottom,

    i manual ad those link but it would be great if we had them as they were.

    the problem still remains the same and all i did was manually add two urls to temporarily help our vendors to list tehir items.
    we are re considering our options on what we should use otherwise we can’t go through all this because we are not running a 5 page law firm website!!! We are a marketplace and companies start to list tehir items but some disappointed due to the paid themes and plugins we are using and yet do not deliver what they promise, and this is exhausting.

    hi Anna,

    1. yes the http://ozrobotics.com/marketplace/pro-dashboard/ is set under Pro Dashboard Page in my wp-admin
    2. i did save the permalinks
    3. see the attached snapshot and this is new and appeared right after your final update and not sure if it has anything to do with the issue we are facing!
    4. the [wcv_pro_dashboard] short code is on the right page. we never change any if these
    5. Are you directing the vendors to the Pro Vendor Dashboard to add products? – until yesterday when you login as a vendor from the top right side drop down menu you would see dashboard or when you click on Products you will see a http://ozrobotics.com/marketplace/pro-dashboard/ page where you can add products but now it’s not even there anymore. all this happen right after the finest update. we didn’t notice because we didn’t add a product until we did.
    6. not sure how buddy boss update will effect all this but since they are using yrou plugins then not sure what else i can do as i am sleepless for last 40 hours trying to solve this but no luck!

    yes i got that and this was working until day before. if so then where is my wc vendor?
    how else do i add a product??? i am not losing my mind, i logged in as a vendor and expect to see a section to add product from where?
    i was able add items until day before but all of a sudden i cant!

    hi Ben, no the problem is still the same. i logged in as an admin to add that item.

    no vendor is able to add any product.
    see attached snapshot which i logged as a vendor so you can on the products tab there is no way to add a product.

    i disabled many plugins and go back to tehir old version but no success!!!
    i twice emailed to the buddy boss but never heard from since yesterday!
    i ask help from woo commerce and they checked but cannot find anything related to their software.
    i asked help from the auction/bidding software guys he checked it and saw nothing related to his auction plugin.

    not sure what else i can do!!!

    same here and this is very frustrating! juts today got two companies signed up and they couldn’t add their products, i logged as a vendor and eve i could not add or edit any product. this was embarrassing.

    i did not install any additional plugin nor did any customization whatsoever. I am assuming this might has happened since the last wc vendor update because until then i was able to login and edit my own items as a vendor.

    i have disabled some plugin but no result.

    can you please help?

    No, Ben, i am not. these issues are related to your plugin, i can’t see http://ozrobotics.com/marketplace/stores/ and i can’t see http://ozrobotics.com/marketplace/sellers/ despite ozy oz is a seller. maybe i am missing something, if you let me knwo then i will be fine.

    i would not be unfair to you, as life is short so i do not want to owe you, if i do please tell me so i can send you some money now. i will and do treat you and everyone else same way i always wanted to be treated. This has been the only goal i lived by. I am sorry but this site is fairly new and i need your friendly help to get open to business and also I can show my working site to my customers as a reference in order to sell your plugin. I do and already have some customers waiting.

    i will be happy if you take a look at it. Michael from buddy boss and were on the phone and emailing to one another, and already knwo his theme issues.

    hi Ben, same problems here, at my site! i can see the items in the back-end but not on the store front. i am using buddy boss theme.
    the items are attached to their categories, i have checked woo commerce, WC-vendor, buddy boss, auction plugins settings and all other section i can possibly look at. still can’t see items on the site.

    i created an account then applied to be a vendor and then add products but nothing. in my vendor dashboard can’t see items that i have added.

    i have done that, deleted from my account on this site and go to my site and enter the license and save it, i get Invalid Request.
    can you fix this? I have spend almost two hours on your forum cannot find an answer.
