Hi ben,
Just wanted to let you know that the error has been sorted and PayPal is now working fine.. Some error from the hosting side 🙂
Also.. Can you pl suggest any compatiable Events Plugin with WC and Buddy Boss ? We want to add events Plugin so that the users can mention about the events and list them..

– Earlier I had applied for PayPal Adaptive through a different account and it worked fine on my original website:

3. PayPal is working fine on their gateway still..
4. After the changes were made, the website was uploaded on AWS hosting with domain http://www.pleasuremystery.com
5. We created a new app under a new paypal account yesterday and created the App it was approved the same day( Lets call this as APP2 and the one we were using earlier as APP 1 – this worked fine).
6. APP2 was approved yesterday and checked with PayPal its live..
7. Even if we are using the same credentials as APP1 on our new website.. still getting the same error message..
8. Can it be somthing related to our hosting account and settings ?
9. Our developer has used the same details and configuration on this portal.
Would really appreciate if you can help get this sorted..

Is this issue because of this ? If yes.. what is it that we can do so that PayPal payments goes through smoothly ?

When I chose the
a. Weekly Option for payment – The customer only see one full amount (For instance if a Vendor is selling item “B” for GBP 10 – then the customer will see only one amount payable to the site owner (Us).
b. If the Instant Commission mode is on, then the customer see the split between the website owners (us) and the seller. This means if an item is worth GBP 10 – GBP 1 our commission and GBP 9 to the seller!!
Does this mean something is wring internally ??

To website owner in woocommerce – Commission it shows this amount as “DUE”
Plus all the previous amounts as “DUE”

I am using PayPal Adaptive. There seems to be some issue:
As a website owner I am able to get the full amount in my paypal when a customer buy’s a product, but the amount is not getting paid to the Vendor automatically. In settings I have chosen Option “Weekly” and unticked “Instant Pay”.
However if I tick the option Instant Pay, In the paypal page, i see the website owner commission (10%) and the Vendor payment (90%) visible.

What could be wrong If the seller is unable to get the money automatically on a weekly basis.– Question2
Is the seller suppose to get Instant Payment Notification, when a customer pays ? If yes, the seller is not getting it. They are only getting customer order email.Would appreciate if you can pl take out sometime from your busy schedule like always 🙂

Your Ans: Yea, that’s what the “Mark Shipped” button actually already does
My Response: Yes it does exist, but when the Seller Marks the item as shipped, the status of the order does not change at the Buyers side. what could be wrong??

Pl ignore my previous email. I have now got the options. My programmer could switch on all the options including SHIPPING. Unfortunately we are not getting the SHIPPING and the CUSTOMERS MAP Tabs.
Can you pl suggest the possible reasons why its not visible ?? Its been activated from the backend from where the other tabs were activated!!

We are getting the attached error code on top of the page. It comes sometime and sometime it doesnot. e contact BuddyBoss first, but they said its nothing to do with them and we should check each and every plugin. We noticed that when the WC Plugin is on, we get the script message.

My First Qn:
1. Attached is the screen shot of our current settings on the Woo Commerce Payment Page
2. In the Screen Shot “SPLIT COMMISSION” the customer can see the amount of money that the marketplace is charging and the seller is getting. I think this is not right because the customer should actually make just one payment.
Is there any way we can get rid of this and show just one payment amount that the customer has to pay ? If we untick INSTANT PAY and chose WEEEKLY. Will all the payments go automatically to the Vendors ?

Well I am replying to their Email now. I noticed:
1. There is no option for Mass Pay in the Application – but I am requesting them in a seperate message.
2. In Qn “Who is responsible for chargebacks or refunds” ? Is it the Marketplace who is responsible or the Vendor. As per the Parallel Payment article it looks like its the Marketplace who is responsible for chargebacks and refunds. IS that right ?

Thank you for your quick reply. I have got conditional approval from PP, but they are giving me a hard time and suggesting me to use Parallel or Chain payments. Understanding our business model, can you recommend the best way to apply for PayPal Adaptive ?
Basically we want our customers to make one payments for the items they have bought from our sellers.
1. Either we can get the full amount from the customer and inretunr pay the store owner
or
2. The customer makes the payment and both the shop owner and the platform owner (we) get our share straight away.
or.
3. Is there something where I am going wrong ?Would appreciate if you can please reply today.

4. Test Partner: Does it support Multi Currency – Base currency would be GBP. The other currencies would be USD, EUR, DKK & NOK
4. Response BEN: We support your shops currency. Any front end multi currency plugins you’d have to test and figure out. Best advice: Make your vendors enter everything in GBP, but show prices on the front end any way you want.
Questions: We will have sellers from UK (GBP) and other Eu countries like Germany, Italy, France, etc (EUR).
In this case the base currency will differ between GBP & EUR. Do you forsee any issues with sellers from UK being different to that or Europe ? How will we manage the shipping charges etc ?thanks in advance

1. I check on Buddy Boss Dashboard and it shows: Shipping Profiles Countryw-ise (WC Vendors PRO Dashboard):
Country, State & Shipping Fee – Add Product – Shipping Menu2. The theme and the look is totally different (prefer the one in buddyboss) will I get that theme ?
3. Can see some additional options like Upsell, etc. Will all this be available in the PRO Version ?
4. Any possibility of making the seller profile (Address, Contact Number and Email visible) ?
