Try this:
WC Vendors Settings : Products (wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > products)
Configure what to hide from all vendors when adding a product…
Check:
Simple
Variable
Grouped
External/Affiliate
then you should only see the Auction product type and fields in the product form.
