NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    When vendors “disable International shipping” with the new settings we have. When the customer goes to checkout it gives a message “No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” and where the shipping price would be it says “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” and doesn’t let the customer checkout.

    Which doesn’t look obvious to the customer that it’s because the vendor chose not to ship Internationally. It also causes a problem with a multi-vendor order because if 1 vendor doesn’t do International shipping but the others do, the customer can’t checkout the whole order.

    — So I’m not sure how that feature is supposed to work? Are we meant to set something else up?

    It really needs instead to say something like “<vendor> does not ship to your location, please click here to remove the product from your cart” – so they can remove it and continue to place the order for everything else.

    I will see if this can be altered– so far I have not found how I can change this, I believe it may be in WooCommerce.
    I will let you knwo if I find a solution so that the text can be changed.

    It’s not a very useful option if vendors using it effectively breaks the ability for customers to checkout 🙁

    So thanks for looking into it
