WC Vendors Pro v1.5.9 is now available for download. We have addressed a few bugs in this release as well as introduced a few new features for vendors.

Whats New ?

The two biggest new features of this release are a new vendor store notice and vendor store opening hours. We continue to enhance the vendors abilities to work on their store so they can be more autonomous.

Vendor Store Notice

We have added a new vendor store notice that is displayed above the Vendor shop header. This will allow vendors to advertise coupons or have general notices regarding their stores. Vendors can configure this on their Settings > General tab under “Vendor Store Notice” on the Pro Dashboard

This will then display the following on the Vendors Store front

Store Opening Hours

This feature has been requested quite a lot and we have now implemented store opening hours. This will allow vendors to set their store opening hours which are then displayed via the Store Contact Widget. Vendors can set their store opening hours from their Settings > General tab – “Enable Opening Hours” on the Pro Dashboard.

With this configured on the Settings page the Store Contact widget will automatically display the opening hours in your side bar.

Fixes…

There are quite a few fixes in this release including updates to coupons, the bug introduced in 1.5.8 that was outputting code in some store headers, validation fixes and more. Be sure to check the changelog for a full list of the fixes that we have addressed in this release.

To add these features and provide the fixes, there were template updates.

Please be sure that if you are overriding these templates in your child theme, you re-copy and apply your changes to the new templates so that they will remain current
