Most likely. Keep WooCommerce, WC Vendors, and WC Vendors Pro, and see if that fixes it for you. If it does, re-enable plugins one at a time reloading the dashboard pages in between.
If you use a caching plugin, clear your entire cache and inspect too. It might even be something like the minify causing problems which is all too common with caching plugins.
