All of those fields, the data gathered and the product type for BULK would all have to be integrated into the front-end forms.
This would be a bit extensive.. do-able, yes.

DO all of the bulk discount options calculate properly with the vendor’s commission? Does the plugin otherwise (when used in admin) seem to be compatible with WC Vendors?
