The my-account page used for our demo is styled as such from the Storefront theme.
That’s definitely styling/css within the theme.
If you switch to the Storefront theme can your vendors view their products and orders int he Pro dashboard? Are all of their products auctions? https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/
