NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    1. I would like to request the ability to pay a third party at point of sale.

    2. Simple auctons. I would like to restrict the ability to have auctions to specific vendors. How can I do this?

    Hello,
    1. You would need to work with a developer to modify the commissions system to have the payment split in three ways rather than two. We usually recommend https://codeable.io for custom development.
    2. Again, this would also require custom work, or perhaps you can ask the author of Simple Auctions how you may be able to restrict the auction product type for specific users. Our Simple Auctions integration plugin just adds the auction product type, listing fields and product page details to the front-end product add/edit forms for vendors in WC Vendors Pro.
