Hello,
We keep getting a 404 error (page not found) on the Shop and Stores pages (please see attachment). Via notes online, I’ve been able to put a temporary fix on it, but it recurs and returns after a week or more. Can you please direct me to a real/permanent solution?
The way I fix this is to backup, then deactivate both “WC Vendors” and “WC Vendors Pro” plugins, then delete “WC Vendors” and then reinstall and reactivate it (WC Vendors). And it returns. This makes it get back to working.
It isn’t a plugin conflict because we’ve tried disabling everything (except WCVendors and WCV Pro of course) and the symptom persisted. They (BuddyBoss) either don’t respond or refer back to you as before.
However, this is unsustainable and sometimes, my client messages me in the middle of the night when I’m asleep because the system went down then, and it remains unresolved until I wake up hours after, and such times when it happens at the worst times. Can you please help?
