NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi Ben!

    Im having a problem with the _regular_price meta key. I have it on published directly, and If someone subimts a product, it shows as free and doesnt show up in my main product grid. If i look at the backend in woocommerce it does show the price in the woo price form, so it has been populated. But I need to hit update for it to actually take effect, even though the product is published. Anything you seen before?

    Hi Jerry!

    Well that’s quite weird. Could you post a screenshot of what that part of your form looks like?

    Do remember — It’s somewhat difficult to support a product we don’t write. As you’re aware, this is a third party plugin, not a WC Vendors plugin. 🙂 That plugin has their own support forum. I’ll do my best, though!

    That is indeed configured correctly, you’ll have to ask we devs for support on this one. It might be a bug on their end, but certainly a bug with them not WC Vendors.

    When you find out what the problem was, post the solution here too just in case other members also have the same issue!
