Hi, dear wcvendors team! Please forgive me my ignorance. I’m trying to build a multivendors website and I have some questions I wasnt’t able to find straightforward answers to.

    1. Can clients buy products from multiple vendors in a single checkout? How is it going to work?

    2. How will the delivery work in this case?

    Thank you!

    Hello,
    1. Yes- customers can purchase products from many vendor sin one cart; one transaction.
    2. If you use WC Vendors Pro, we have a vendor shipping module that splits the shipping cost per product per vendor, so that each vendor is able to choose their shipping rates and also receive shipping funds with their commission. If you only use WC Vendors free, then shipping will be charged according to admin settings only, unless you use the plugin WooCommerce Per Product Shipping so that vendors can receive shipping funds for each product.

Vendors are notified separately of their purchased items in an order. So, a customer could buy products from three different vendors in a cart order– and each of the three vendors is notified of their products ordered. The commission for each vendor is calculated for their products as well. The customer just makes one payment at checkout.
