Hi. I wonder if you can help..
I am primarily trying to find a way that customers can contact vendors, especially if they wish a refund on an item. I thought I would therefore instruct customers from within a returns policy to contact the seller by sending them a private message from the vendors shop.
I thought I would just make them create an account at checkout by them inputting a password. So I enabled the feature but found that the “account Password” text then appeared in a random place. please see screen shot..

Hello,
I hate to bounce you around- but that will be a question you’ll need to direct to your theme author. We do not control how that field shows on the page, and even if we did- the theme has changed the design on the page.
Please see if BuddyBoss can help you (it looks like you are using the Social Marketplace / OneSocial theme) get that to display properly.
