NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,

    I purchased your Pro Package to use on my site. Due to an issue regarding hosting packages I have had to move my site t a different domain. I have backed up the plugin so I could move it across. I have uploaded this to my site and it is asking for the activation key. I have entered the one given on my downloads page and it is saying it has reached max uses.

    How can I re-upload the pro version to my site?

    Follow the link to wcvendors.com/my-account/ delete and reset your activation then activate it again on the new site.

    Hi there. I am having a similar issue to some people trying to activate pro where my account shows 0 out of 1 activations but when I enter my key and email I am getting the message “Invalid Request, if you are having problems please visit the my account page.” I have triued resetting everything as well and checked installations on other sites. I appreciate your help.

    David: Disable WC Vendors Pro (the plugin) then re-activate it, then re-enter your license key.
