I just bought the pro version and when I try to activate the product I get the following error message:

This is likely a server issue.
Please contact your host and ask if they can help you increase the timeout or if there is a block on cUrl connections?It also may help to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce & WC Vendors until you’ve successfully installed Pro, so there aren’t other requests occurring while uploading Pro.

The 300 for time limit should be sufficient.
Are you still getting this error? Have you been able to successfully install and run WC Vendors Pro?
If not, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce & WC Vendors until you’ve successfully installed Pro, so there aren’t other requests occurring while uploading Pro, and see if you are able to get it loaded onto your site.
Let me know..I tried with all plugins deactivated but nothing changed. My host says they can’t increase to 300 because the php.ini is not editable on shared web hosting.
How can I do? This is the first it happens and I’m running many websites with this offer.
Yes the plugin is running, even if I have some bugs and issues.
But I can’t activate it and I keep on having the message “The WC Vendors Pro license key has not been activated, so you will be unable to get automatic updates or support! Click here to activate your support and updates license key.”

If you use the key in your account, it is not accepting it?
If so, let me know and I can issue you a new key. Use your email that you used when purchasing Pro, and the key. Activate it y going to: wp-admin > settings > WC Vendors Pro License

I have checked on your account, and it is one of they keys that were are currently having trouble with, and I am unable to generate a new key for your to use.
We are working on this issue and will update with a fix as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you will still be able to use your WC Vendors Pro.@fervous

So both WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro are the latest version, correct? (1.9.8 for WC Vendors, 1.3.9 for WC Vendors Pro)
I am so sorry you are still having this issue.
Can you check with your host to see if they are blocking outgoing cUrl ? Also, are you (or your host) using a firewall?
Is WC Vendors Pro working properly for you otherwise?Hi, yes latest version for both products. My host says they are not blocking anything. Everything seems working otherwise.

Now, it sounds like you will need to manually update Pro. For some reason this is occurring with some installs recently.
To manually update :
1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/
3. deactivate & delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info is stored in your database…)
5. Immediately upload the Pro version 1.3.9 you downloaded from your my-account on here.
6. Activate! ?
