NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi all, I am not sure if this has already been addressed but the “add product” function in dashboard after duplicating a product doesn’t work. It’s just not clickable.

    Please notify BuddyBOss.
    This works fine on my dev site with the Generatepress theme and the Storefront theme. Using any of the duplicate product links.
    With the Social Marketplace/One Social theme, it works if I Go to duplicate products form pro dashboard > products > duplicate product.
    However if I go form the Products listing using the tool on the product listing page and click duplicate, the save product button does not work once I am on that add/edit product page for the freshly duplicated product.

    Hi Anna, I’ve checked with buddyboss and confirmed the issue isn’t from them. I’ve also changed to storefront theme and it’s not working there as well. tried plugin deactivation process but couldn’t find a cause.

    Once again the issue I am experiencing is “save changes” button is not working only on duplicated products. It’s working without an issue when adding a new product.

    just as a note – this is rather urgent as most of my vendors actively use the function when adding a product so I hope this can be resolved asap.
