NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi Ben, I’ve tried the suggestions in the sticky and searched the forum but no luck. My “add product” link doesn’t work on the pro vendor dashboard. I recently upgraded to v 1.0.2 and it was working fine before that.

    When I hover over the link it says “mysite/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=product” and when I click on it, it returns to the pro dashboard. “Edit Products” brings me to this page I’ve screenshot here http://imgur.com/7Sx7m0p and when I click add product here I have the same issue.

    Hi Denielle,

    Are you using the Pro Dashboard, not the Free Dashboard? The Pro dashboard is yourdomain.com/dashboard/ whereas the free dashboard is yourdomain.com/vendor_dashboard/

    When you’re on the Pro Dashboard, click Products, then there will be a list of all the products your vendor has listed. There should be an “Add Product” button that then takes you to yourdomain.com/dashboard/product/edit to add a new product.

    I had changed the free dashboard to mysite.com/dashboard and the pro dashboard to mysite.com/vendor_dashboard and that seemed to be the problem. Switching it back resolves it.
