Hi,
The user can not register with another role that is not a seller and a screen of Apply terms and conditions appears. Even if you do not check the “Apply to be a provider” dashboard.
Before activating WC Vendors Pro, they could register in the same place
> Customer
> Seller is pending
> SellerAs you can see in the image that I send attached, does not let proceed with the registration as before if it did, I urge this to work.
It does not allow me to register new users, who do not apply to become sellers.Many thanks

If you direct your users to the woocommerce /my-account/ page, can they register and not apply to become a vendor?Hello,
As registration is done with a theme widget, if you want to check it yourself.

Please first go to the my-account page and register so you can see if it works properly. Do not use the modal register/login form the theme. See if you are able to register as a customer by using the normal page /my-account.
I’d like to know if the theme’s modal is preventing users from being able to register as a customer. If all is normal while using the actual /my-account/ page to register, than nothing is actually broken with the registration functions, just with the modal thing from your theme.Please try by going directly to the /my-account page and let me know if it works.

I would like to continue with this topic because I have the same problem. Let me clarify:
I’m using WC vendors free version, and I don’t want that vendors became vendors automaticaly if they apply. I want to check the vendor and allow it after talk with them. So, I don’t mark on woocommerce/WC vendors/General/Register/allow new user became vendors.
But,
1.- If I use the the mywebpage/my-account, the new register became custumers.
2.- If I use the theme button register without apply to vendor, they became subscriptors.
3.- If I use the theme button register and apply to vendor, they became vendors (And I don’t want they became automaticaly)I sent you my status, just in case it’s neeeded.
What could be wrong?

We have a setting for this; check the box to allow the vendors to apply to become a vendor and check the box to approve vendor applications manually(they become pending vendors first and you must approve them.)
wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors
The screenshot you show here — it looks like you do not have the “approve vendor applications manually” checkbox selected. Therefore, vendors are being automatically approved.The /my-account/ page is the best register page to use with WC Vendors, as that is the page we hook into to add the “apply to become a vendor” checkbox.
Now I understand.
It’s a bad translation from english to spanish issue:
Second check box said: “Aprobar las postulaciones de vendedor automaticamente” that it means ” Approve vendors applications automatically”
And the translation should be “approve vendor applications manually”, complete opposite meaning.
Now I’m using my-account/ page, it works perfect.
