NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Using Stripe Commissions & Gateway Plugin (paid version). Has been working for 2 months flawlessly. Suddenly, though, the commission payments due to two vendors were not routed there. How do I trouble shoot?

    And even though my system report says I am not using SSL, I most certainly am, as you will see when you visit my site https://willowcreekauburn.com

    Hello,
    We do have an update available for the Stripe Commissions & Gateway plugin (v1.0.5) so you may want to update asap.
    It looks like you are running both the WC Vendors Stripe Commissions & Gateway and also the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway.
    Now for some questions:
    Is the other Stripe gateway available on the front end for customers to use? If so, then this may cause issues.. and payment made via that gateway will not be sent to vendors upon checkout.

    Is it only specific vendors with which this is happening, or is it for all vendors? Are the funds sent to admin instead of the vendors? Was the commissions calculation otherwise correct (wp admin > woocommerce > commissions)?

    For the SSL… if you go to wp admin > settings > general
    DO both the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) show https:// and NOT http:// for the URL?

    In wp admin > woocommerce > settings > checkout do you have this checked/enabled?: Force secure checkout
