Hi,
I have a feeling I’m being a total div, I have two connected vendor accounts to stripe however every payment is going to directly to the site owner instead of the vendor. I want them to have the full payment directly to them so have set the commission rate to 100% All the accounts are live also.

1.) The default commission rate in WC Vendors is empty. This means admins get everything, until you set a commission rate. Is your commission rate set in wp-admin > WC Vendors > Commissions? If yes, what is it set TO?
2.) wp-admin > Woo > Commissions — This is the master commission table. Do the vendors commissions show up here correctly? If YES, then it’s a problem with Stripe, and we’ll help you sort that out too. If NO, then commissions arent logging, which could be a variety of different things but we’ll tackle that after we get direction from you. 🙂

The rate is set to 100% the commissions are logging as the full payment due as commission on the commissions page.

So to confirm: If I, as a vendor, listed a product for $100, and had already connected to my Stripe account via Pro Dashboard > Settings > Payments > Connect to Stripe, and a customer bought that product, I, the vendor, receive $0 and the admin receives $100?
1.) Are you using OUR Stripe Connect Gateway & Commissions plugin, or some other stripe plugin? You MUST use ours, since ours pays commissions, all others do not.
2.) If #1 is yes, then you will need to check your stripe settings. Preferably you’d do this in test mode so you can see everything working before going live.

Yes that’s exactly what’s happening no monies for the vendors. Is it going to be a problem with the vendors stripe or the admins stripe? I’ll try setting them all up again…
Hi there, It turns out there was a clash with another totally unrelated plugin causing it to go a bit pete tong! I think it’s sorted now they are receiving payments now 🙂 Thank you again for your help and patients
Yay! Less work for me, AND you got it fixed! That’s cause for celebration. 😉
Chances are, that other plugin which has not been named is running their OAuth class on pages they dont need to, like a WooCommerce checkout page, which is screwing that up. Tell the other plugin author to only run their OAuth classes on pages that their plugin NEEDS it to run on and then you can use both plugins! 🙂 Crappy coding on their part. 🙂
