NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi guys,

    I’ve just re-purchased Pro but it won’t accept the API key. “Invalid API License Key. Login to your My Account page to find a valid API License Key.” My licence key is showing 0/1 activated. On the Pro Licence page on my site it shows the key deactivated. I have deactivated & reactivated the Pro plugin 3 times. What am i missing? I’ve searched the forum and none of the previous recommendations are working.



    Please give me your website URL.. and I will try to activate it from this end. And then if that does not work, I will need your admin login & password. If that doesn’t work– then it is one of the few new license keys that is buggy- and I’ll report it.
    SO please: your site URL, admin login & password in a private reply. 🙂


    You need to update your Pro to 1.3.9 before you can use the new license key (must be 1.3.8 + for the new license keys)… that’s likely why it is not working.
    Manually update Pro, and then try to activate using the new key. If that fails, let me know and I can try to activate it for you….. but I KNOW it will not work for versions below 1.3.8 and you are currently using 1.3.7

    To manually update :
    1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
    2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/
    3. deactivate & delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info is stored in your database…)
    5. Immediately upload the Pro version 1.3.9 you downloaded from your my-account on here.
    6. Activate! 🙂


    Anna I cannot Actived my Wc vendors Y have the same problem and I have the version 1.3.9
