NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,

    I am trying to load the key the API page has generated but am receiving the below error.

    If your license key is in use on another website visit your WCVendors.com My Account page to reset your activations. If you have problems activating the license key try disabling/activating WC Vendors Pro in your plugins menu again.

    In the API key section there is no activations so not sure why the key is not activating. I tried to deactivate and reactivate but no luck either.

    If you want to deactivate and then re-activate your key, you go to your account here and to your API keys: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/my-api-keys/ you delete your activation… then go to the website where you want it activated and enter the key and email.

    We are going to have a new license system in the very near future… Likely in the next update within a few days. Part of why Jamie is building & replacing our current license system is because this whole process isn’t working correctly, so if you run into problems, just install and use Pro as is.

    I have still not received a response on this. I do not know how to deactivate and reactivate.

    Hello,
    Please ensure that you have updated to WC Vendors 1.3.9. Then you can use the license key you have. There are no activations for that key showing on our end.
    This key requires WC Vendors Pro 1.3.8+ to run properly.
    If you have further trouble, please provide me an admin login & password in a private reply and I will try to activate your key for you.

    I can’t even generate a key that is why there are no activations. Can you please correct this for us or tell us the API key so we can add it.

    Hello,
    Once you update you’ll be able to activate the license key.
    Until then, versions older than 1.3.8 cannot use the type of license key you now have.
    Once you have updated, let me know and I will be glad to help you get your key activated.
