NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    So I have read prior threads regarding this, I have checked all of my settings, I have disabled plugins to see if they were the issue… my site is using the AZEXO Foodpicky theme, the registration form shows the text Apply to be a vendor but the checkbox is not there. Please help. We have a big event tomorrow and need to sign up vendors.

    I forgot to mention, this is an issue that we are only having on desktop. On tablet and mobile the registration form is fine and working properly.

    Please help us. We still cannot get the vendor checkbox to show on desktop sites. The text “Apply to be a vendor” is there but the checkbox is not. The site is chooseyourcake.com and it is running the FoodPicky theme. When I switched the theme to twentyfourteen it worked fine, so I am afraid it is a theme conflict, but it did work at one point and then all of a sudden it stopped working.

    This is definitely from the theme…
    Hmm I am not sure what you theme is doing with the input box styling.. but it may be a js conflict.
    Please try this in your wp admin > appearance > customize > additional css:

    input#apply_for_vendor.input-checkbox {
border: 1px solid#aaa;
padding: 6px;
}

    That gets the box to show…
    But..
    If you go to your my-account page, and take a look at what your theme does to the check boxes (try the “remember me” checkbox next to the login button) .. you will see that they actually completely change how the checkbox is styled & behaves.
    So somehow they are overriding the normal checkbox behavior, and that will mess with any additional check box selections added to the page.

    Could you please discuss this with the theme author? See if they can provide the style override or js that they have used to change the checkboxes for WooCommerce or for that page, so we can get the apply to become a vendor checkbox working properly for your site?
