    Hello,

I am using Storefront theme, Woocommerce and WC Vendors plugin.
Please can you help me with two questions:

    1. When new user registers and apply to be a vendor the site sends two the same email notifications about a vendor application. Can it be set that user get only one email notification?

    2. “Apply to become a vendor?” works OK on My Account and Vendor Dashboard pages. But it is not work on the page Shop Settings.

    Thanks
    Regards

    Hello,

I’m sorry, I think that first point is resolved, because I tested registeration with administrator email address and got the two same email notifications. Apparently administrator and seller get the same email notifications.
But the secend point is not resolved. “Apply to become a vendor?” does not work on the page Shop Settings.

    Thanks

    Hi dfaldin,

I dont think #2 is a bug, because there’s no reason they should be going to the shop settings page. If you see that in your front end menus, remove the shop settings menu link, and the orders menu link. Your theme automatically created those menu entries when the pages were created, and there’s no reason to keep them there. 🙂 The only link you need is to the /vendor_dashboard/ nothing else! 🙂

    Cheers

    Ben

    Hello Ben,

Thank you for your answer. I think this has been resolved.

The seller gets mail notification that their vendor application has been pending. And that is OK.
Please can you suggest me how the seller can get mail notification: approved or denied.

    Thanks
    Regards

Sure, to get the approved or denied notification, approve or deny the vendor. 😉

wp-admin > Users > All Users > Pending Vendors > hover your mouse over the vendors name and click Approve or Deny.
