NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi,

    I’m creating all my vendors manually because I created a custom registration form. I create them as Pending vendor so they can get the email notification when I’m done with their profile configuration.

    I can see the new users showing up in the Pending vendors tab but it seems the Approve button doesn’t show for those manually created users.

    Would that be possible? Am I doing something wrong?

    The admin manually created pending vendor is working as intended in my testing on the WC Vendors dev site:
    I created a pending vendor called iamapendingvendor
    I went to wp-admin > users, and clicked on the pending vendor link at the top.
    when I hovered over the pending vendor’s name, the “approve” link appeared.
    Is that the process you are following on your site?

    Hi Anna,

    Thanks for your reply. I did what you did and it worked as well. I think I did my previous tests with existing users and when I changed their roles from Subscriber to Pending vendors then they appeared in the pending vendor section but the Approve button was not there.
