NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Dear,
    The following happened:
    – before pruchasing and installing Pro, i was playing around with the Free version. On every product i added there was a tab called “Seller info” and there was a button to ask a question. (see attachement).

    But, after purchasing and installing Pro, this box disappeared by new vendors and new products. But the button is still showing up on the products of the (old) Vendors i created with the Free version. See attachment.
    I don’t know why, i searched the forum, but nothing mentioned about this. After 2 hours searching, i decided to create this topic.

    I am using the Handystore Theme, as recommended by you.

    That’s Handystore specific functionality, it’s not WC Vendors code. Only the Handy team can assist you with getting that working….. Good luck!
